"I ended up at this resort after a disappointing Ayurveda experience. And I have to say, it's really good. The therapists are excellent. The doctor is fantastic, and the organization is very well done. The treatments are done in one go, so you have time afterward to relax or explore the surrounding area. The rooms are large, although unfortunately they aren't cleaned every day. The flowers and trees around the pool in the main building are very well-maintained and beautiful. The food is simply superb. Such wonderfully spiced curries, fresh fruit, and delicious juices are truly a dream! Thank you!"

"Another wonderful rejuvenating stay at Ideal. This was my third visit, and it was as enjoyable and beneficial as always. From the moment I was met at the airport to the moment I left, I felt cared for, relaxed, and in good company. The Panchakarma treatments were excellent, food delicious, room clean and comfortable, and the staff (including on site Ayurvedic Doctors) friendly, helpful and efficient. I felt perfectly safe, as a solo female traveller, at all times. It's only 30 minutes from the airport, and close to shops. Good beaches are just a short tuk tuk ride away. There's plenty of free time to enjoy a swim in the well maintained pool, or sightseeing trips to the Keralan backwaters, local temples or shopping, and daily yoga classes are suitable for people of all levels of ability."
