The only issue was that there were quite a few ants in the room, which was a little annoying. Other than that, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend the hotel."

Loving the wide breakfast spread too, ranging from local fare to continental selection. I was spoilt for choice and my tummy really loved the chicken curry & daal. Thank you."

"Cozy and very comfortable room with fantastic mountain view. It was so nice to have the pool right in front of our room. We could have a tea time with beautiful scenery at the terrace. Room was clean and equipped with necessities. The restaurant was also cozy and clean and food was so good. The staff at the restaurant was especially kind and professional. We will definitely come to this hotel again when we revisit Kandy. So much satisfied."

"Another fantastic stay in the best hotel in Kandy. This hotel is very beautiful and has the best pool in Sri Lanka! From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel like a VIP. The rooms are lovely, very clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms could have the bath removed and just a shower but this does not detract from the loveliness of this hotel. The food in the restaurant is excellent with good choices. One night we had Buffett and the second night a set menu. Breakfast was always buffet and if you wanted something that was not there, the staff obliged by bringing it to you. I cannot recommend all the staff highly enough but must give a shoutout to Indika and Lahiru, who both went the extra mile for our group. A sincere thank you! The only criticism I have of this property is the wifi. It was very slow. This hotel has spectacular views over the river. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Make sure you choose it for your next visit to Kandy!"

The most impressive was the swimming pool on the roof, from which you could overlook the mountains and the valley! The bar had very high quality delicious food and also cocktails.
