"This is a very new hotel, but it doesn't have that typical new-building smell. The room's color scheme and lighting are serene and calming, making for a very comfortable rest. The mattress provides excellent support. I loved the design of the bathroom, with the shower and toilet in separate areas. It would be even better if there was a hook in that space to hang used bath towels that don't need to be replaced. My Japanese friends all raved about the hotel's value for money, though the smart toilet mentioned by the hotel wasn't what they understood as a bidet-style smart toilet, which was a minor disappointment. The staff are friendly, and there's plenty of parking."

"Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel got a 4.8 rating on Ctrip. Based on the major flaw mentioned in point 1 alone, it shouldn't even be above 4.5. And calling it the #1 high-end hotel in Jiangmen is a complete joke; even the AI summary didn't mention anything about the educational institution… 1️⃣ Do NOT stay here on weekends. The learning center on the second floor makes guests incredibly agitated. The hotel lobby is swarming with students – waiting, being picked up/dropped off – and the elevators are packed with them too. Parents going to the parking lot, coming in and out of the hotel… it felt more like the entrance to a tutoring center. The hotel front desk is already tiny, similar to a budget hotel, leaving guests feeling helpless. Even the so-called 'hotel-only' elevator still stops on the second floor for the learning center, and cars belonging to parents picking up their kids completely monopolize the hotel entrance. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel, especially one marketed as 'comfortable,' that had a learning institution causing such severe disruption without any crowd control measures. 2️⃣ Breakfast was good, and the aunties (staff) and front desk personnel provided excellent service. 3️⃣ The room was clean and comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too high. Water pressure was good. 4️⃣ Parking was relatively convenient, and it was easy to get to various attractions and find takeout nearby. In summary, for those not staying on a weekend, or for guests with lower expectations, you'll need to weigh your options. For those who travel frequently and value their experience, I'd advise extreme caution before choosing this place."

"I stayed here for 4 days and was sick for 2 of them. This was the cleanest room on my trip, I never saw a single fly or ant or bug or anything on any of the days. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The front desk and cleaning lady were very kind and quick to respond to any issues. Be warned that the kitchen here is literally just a sink and a fridge. It advertises a microwave but you have to ask for it from the front desk. It took me a while to learn how to use the thermostats to keep the room warm. The projector tv is outside in the living room so you can't see it from bed, which is a shame, and there is no light above the living room couch where the projector is either so you can't do writing or typing there."
