"This is an apartment hotel, so there's no traditional front desk with staff; it's self-service. You can't hail a taxi right outside; you have to walk to the main road to find one. Food options nearby are limited. For someone staying only a few days, the kitchen and fridge are unnecessary, and the space would be larger without them. I didn't understand the self-check-in process when I arrived, so I called the hotel, and the staff were very helpful in guiding me."

"Our family of four – one adult, one middle schooler, and two toddlers – stayed here. We had two spacious rooms, one with two single beds and another with one double bed, which meant we never felt cramped and had a very comfortable stay. Although the building is older, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained. All the essential amenities were provided, so we didn't experience any inconvenience. A big plus for families was having two bathrooms: one with a toilet and shower, and another with a toilet, bathtub, and shower. This meant we always had access to a dry toilet. The hot water supply was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the airport and its reasonable price are also very attractive. If you're taking the bus, be aware that it's about a 5-minute walk along a quiet, seaside road from the bus stop, so it's good to be cautious at night. We opted for a taxi."

"As the name says, it's a 5-star luxury resort. Resort and room amenities were all maintained nicely, including the gym and indoor pool. We were given a free room upgrade which has definitely elevated our experience.Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The new shuttle bus service that stops at Hongdae and Myeongdong made transport that so much more convenient. It was my third time at Inspire and this time round I had reached there without any inconveniences. The entire resort is very big so wayfinding can be quite confusing but there are many staff around to assist! Due to a government policy, they do not provide disposable items like dental kits. I will want to stay there again."

"I chose Incheon specifically because I hadn't visited before and wanted to explore the area. This hotel's location is pretty good; it's a short walk to the subway station, and there's a Costco nearby, which was convenient for shopping. The surrounding area looks like it's still under development, so amenities aren't fully established. However, if you take the subway to Science Park, there are many more options. It's quite puzzling that for such a modern area, there's no subway connection to the airport; you can only take a taxi. The hotel's decor felt a bit like a business hotel in mainland China – quite dim, giving off an old, luxurious vibe. The first room I was assigned looked out onto what's shown in the third picture, which was entirely air conditioning compressors. I couldn't sleep well all night. The front desk was initially reluctant to change my room, even after I insisted for a long time. After multiple requests for an upgrade, a manager was likely called over and agreed to move us the next day. Once we moved to a higher floor, I realized that the lower floors were mainly allocated to Chinese tourists, while the higher floors were for Koreans. It was much quieter on the higher floor. I'd recommend that fellow travelers choose a higher floor if they visit; definitely avoid the lower floors. There are cars, especially motorcycles, drag racing in the vicinity, and the noise is quite significant."

"The location is ideal for overnight layover. The hotel offers free shuttle bus that is immediately located right outside of T2 when exiting the airport’s arrival area. The bus schedule runs every 30min and is only a 15min commute from airport to hotel. Overall, hotel staff were friendly and spoke English very well. There is a bar which also serves food in case you arrive in the late evening, and a casino for those looking to pass time."

"On the coldest day of this winter, I enjoyed a luxurious vacation in a private seawater hot spring bath, gazing at the stars. The accommodations were excellent, and the design elements throughout the space stood out. Considering the extremely cold weather, the hot spring water was lukewarm upon check-in, so I asked the desk. They asked me to drain some of the water and refill it, which took some time. I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this place to my friends."
