"Good place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles."

"這次哈密之行最幸運的決定，就是選擇了西遇酒店！從下車那一刻就感受到了滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐提前主動聯繫確認行程，房間比預期更驚喜，衞生做得超到位，，毛巾浴巾潔白無異味，連洗漱台都收拾得一塵不染，完全沒有後顧之憂。住得既舒心又方便。最打動我的是細節——我們坐火車是17:00的火車，老闆主動給我們一行五人預留了好幾個小時，讓我們在酒店休息。真的讓我們不遠千里從河南來到哈密，讓我們非常感動…酒店位置也超讚，離高鐵站不遠，步行就能到周邊的夜市和燒烤店，晚上吃完美味的羊肉串散步回來特別愜意。早餐更是誠意滿滿，不僅有現煮的清湯牛肉麪、純香牛奶，還有多種主食和小菜，營養又可口，完全能滿足早出發的旅途需求。全程服務都特別貼心，工作人員熱情又不刻意，會主動推薦本地性價比高的餐館，有任何需求都能及時響應，這種不打擾卻很周全的服務真的太加分了。性價比遠超預期，下次來哈密一定還住這裏！"

"The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. The security staff were friendly as well."

"1959年便開業的老牌四星級酒店，進去之後寬敞明亮，服務人員都訓練有素，非常有服務意識。
房間乾淨整潔，潔癖人士也能整晚安睡。雖然設施老舊，但是能感受到這家酒店在用心做服務，用心提升居住體驗。房間內基本全屋智能已經實現，非常便利。早餐非常豐盛，拉麪好吃，辣子有味兒。
入住之後，由於電視播放問題，聯繫前台。前台火速派6號樓9層一個妹子過來幫忙調試，後來又專門叫來工程人員解決問題，非常非常負責。特別要提的是妹子，知道我是杭州過去，考慮到天氣乾燥，專門幫我拿來一台加濕器，非常非常貼心。
非常不錯的居住體驗，下次再來哈密，還住這裏~"

"一家六口春節出遊，這家酒店讓全家人都很滿意，房間寬敞，環境安靜，衞生非常好，連家裡有潔癖的長者都覺得挺滿意，説很乾凈整潔，早餐也很棒，種類挺齊全，熱菜做的很用心，不管幾點去吃，都保證熱呼呼的足量供應，從晚上入住到第二天離店，遇到的服務人員都笑容滿面，禮貌周到。走的時候前台小姐姐還體貼的問要不要帶幾瓶水在路上，我説要一瓶水就可以了，結果連拖鞋等一整套用品都給贈送了一套，紅紅火火的手提袋，大過年的，看着很是喜慶。相信這樣用心的酒店，也會紅紅火火的"
