"The suite was large and comfortable, while the standard double room was much smaller. The hotel is quite historic, so the facilities are relatively new. The mattress and pillows were averagely comfortable, but the rooftop view was quite good. It's close to the pedestrian street and attractions, and valet parking is available. The downside is the poor soundproofing, which is truly terrible."

"Check in was quite easy. The room has no A/C but we already knew this and this was not a problem. The car park entrance was confusing, but the manager helped us for this problem. The room and the bathroom were clean."

"The hotel is excellent, located 600 meters from the train station, very convenient. The main square is a 15-minute walk away. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. I stayed in room 117. The only downside was the lack of a kettle and refrigerator. Are you serious? Okay, you can buy a kettle, hot coffee, and tea near the hotel. But why no refrigerator? There's plenty of room for a small refrigerator in the room, and there are plenty of electrical outlets. It's very inconvenient. You buy berries and don't know where to store them."

"GERMAN Disappointing treatment of regular guests - we won't be back My husband and I are in Graz every two weeks for work and have already stayed at Aiola Living several times. After a smooth stay, I booked two more on site - including a confirmed credit card. Despite this, our next booking during a long weekend (public holiday) was canceled - allegedly because we had missing payment details. That would have been bearable - but the way we were treated was simply disrespectful. On the phone, my husband was fobbed off in an unfriendly tone, with comments like: "Not everyone has a vacation." In the end, both bookings were simply canceled because we "didn't decide quickly enough" - with the statement that we would no longer be welcomed as guests in the future. A problem that could have been resolved amicably in two minutes became the reason for them to get rid of us. Very disappointing. Absolutely unprofessional for a hotel with these standards. We certainly won't be coming back. The real disappointment, however, was how the situation was handled: My husband called after the weekend and was treated in a very unfriendly tone. He was told, “Not everyone is on holiday,” and both bookings were canceled simply because we “didn’t decide fast enough” – ending with the statement that we were no longer welcome as guests. A simple issue that could’ve been resolved in two minutes was turned into a reason to dismiss us. Extremely unprofessional for a hotel that positions itself as high-end. We won't be returning."

"After a long journey, you arrive at the hotel and just want to check in without any problems. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. An employee told me bluntly that breakfast wasn't included in the price and didn't even try to explain why. He simply said otherwise, despite proof... Luckily, the next day another employee came and explained to me how and what was going on. After that, the matter was quickly resolved. Breakfast costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sausages, eggs, etc.). Just bread, sausage and various sweets... Boiled eggs were cold!... so it's better to have breakfast somewhere else than in the hotel..."

"Excellent location with many eateries nearby. Only 5-10 mins walk to main old town square. The apartment is clean and kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay there."
