"The hotel is very close to the Graz FlixBus station, but Google Maps gives an incorrect route which leads to a highway with no crosswalks. Be aware that there's an underpass behind the station which is a convenient way to cross the road, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. The gentleman who greeted me even offered me some food and explained in detail how to open the door, how to get into the city, and how to reach the station. He was truly wonderful. The room had all the basic amenities; it was simple but comfortable. You can order fried eggs for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Bus route 32 into the city is very convenient, taking only 20 minutes. It goes directly to the final stop, which is on the edge of the old town and within walking distance."
