"We got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The elevator from the 4th floor to the 5th was old and needed attention. Breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and luggage storage was free of charge. The location is wonderful! Right by the Bahnhof! The room came with a Füssen city pass for each guess, meaning you can take the local transportation for free for two days. We used the passes for visiting the Neuschwanstein castle (Bus #78), as well as leaving Füssen (as far as Kaufbeuren is free)."

"After having visited 3 hotels on the romantic route classified 4 stars and a 3 star in Augsburg where we had very good services we were surprised when entering the room: small, old-fashioned, entrance door with key leaving something to be desired as to safety (visible screws). The television remote control did not work as did the trunk. The shower is a cabin with a rim, in short, very far from the services expected for a 4-star hotel. Well, nothing practical either. The only good point is the view.... the rendering of the room in real life does not really correspond to the photos sold."

"The hotel is much cleaner than expected. It is located in the center of Fuxin Town. It only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. There is also a parking lot for self-driving. The check-in experience is very good."

"What a great find for a hotel stay! We found the hotel extremely clean and the staff incredibly helpful. We arrived and were able to sit and enjoy a fresh coffee in the restaurant, a wonderful break from our long car ride. The rooms both had balconies where we could see Neuschwanstein Castle across the lake. A small loveseat and table with chairs were in the room to work if needed. The grounds were beautifully kept with outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the moderate weather. We took a nice hike down to the river/lake area and followed it back to the downtown area and then back to the room before dinner, about a 2.5 mile hike. We had a nice dinner downtown to cap off the evening, the restaurant was unremarkable. We woke the next morning and enjoyed a very good buffet at the hotel restaurant, included with our room. Then we headed to the Castle for the day, about a 15 minute drive. Loved this place and we plan to return to stay for longer."
