"The front desk staff was very kind. The view from the room was great, and I could see the castle. However, I was disappointed to see a notice posted on the elevator saying that the baths were not available that day... When I asked the front desk, they said that they had forgotten to remove the notice from the previous day. I chose the baths because I like them, so I was relieved! However, considering that some customers like baths, I felt that it would be better for everyone if they had removed the notice. The room, TV, slippers, etc. were all pretty reasonable for the price."
