"Just outside Fano, a nearly perfect hotel. The rooms are very characteristic, with exposed beams and rustic terracotta floors. The bathrooms are very clean and have new fixtures, shower stalls, and faucets. The young couple who run it are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is worthy of much more expensive hotels, with delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, excellent croissants, and a generous savoury selection. To be honest, otherwise it sounds like a friendly review: access to the rooms is via stairs (but I didn't ask if there's an elevator available for those who might have difficulty) and the mattress is a bit soft. But just to nitpick. Excellent."

"We had a fantastic stay. Room was perfect. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Hotel was in a great location at the edge of the old town. We had some lovely food nearby. Hotel was a short walk from the beach. The staff we met were all really lovely. I would absolutely pick this hotel again if we were in Fano."
