"A couple of rooms in a house located directly across from the Nine Arch Bridge, surrounded by forest. Clean and well-appointed rooms, very good and plentiful breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the bridge and watching the trains clatter by. Very friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that to reach the main road, you have to walk down a very steep path that can only be accessed by Tuk-Tuks; make sure you have a flashlight...or a charged phone for the evening!"

Very good breakfast Lovely clean room The hotel is only a very short easy walk to the town centre, but the last 10 yards to hotel is very steep we're not young but managed. "This was my first time in this city and my stay here was amazing. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a full immersion in nature that you can't find in big cities. The atmosphere and accommodation were very private. The owners provided excellent service, making me feel like family. The rooms were large and spacious, not at all intimidating. On my arrival, I requested to try on traditional Sri Lankan clothing, and the accommodation provided it for me. I was extremely impressed."

"This place is a little gem! The room is newly decorated and the same goes for the bathroom. Aircon and Wi-Fi are working great. Everything is spotless clean and super comfortable. You wake up in paradise and breakfast is just delicious. But moreover is the courtesy and kindness of the hosts that makes the difference. We have been treated with gloves, we couldn't ask for more. The location is excellent for exploring Ella and the surroundings but in a quiet corner of the town. And they also offer an exceptional car service to move around and/or to your next destination. I cannot recommend more this place, the best stay we had in Sri Lanka!!!"

"The accommodation in no way resembles the attractive pictures. Our room hadn't been cleaned, the shower was a trickle, and the toilet seat fell to the floor the moment we touched it. On top of that, there was a power outage and it was cold. Breakfast was good, and the young staff were helpful. Otherwise, it's not a place I would even remotely want to stay."

Now i have refund request ongoing, hoping it will closed soon . My whole trip schedule changed and plan due to my current budget ."

"This boutique hotel overlooks the railway line and is high up with the most amazing scenery. The owner is most accommodating and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Even the kitchen staff prepared lovely vegetarian dishes for us. The rooms are neat. The bathrooms however could do with an upgrade."

"The hotel is located on the rock side, and cars cannot access the property directly. However, the hotel provides a tuk-tuk service for transfers between the main road and the accommodation. The room rates are quite reasonable. The staff are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. The dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was well-prepared and enjoyable. Overall, everything was great!"
