"I wanted to like these rooms, they are spacious enough and have potential. Something has obviously happened since the glowing reviews of last year...maybe this property has changed hands? There was no-one on site to welcome us and it was extremely tedious getting access, trying to follow instructions from a long email only sent earlier that day. What happens if your phone isn't working, we wondered. We were shown to the building across the road, only to be repeatedly told to read the message. After getting through several locked doors there was no welcoming port, no breakfast offered. All facilities were closed down. To add insult to injury the walls are paper thin and we had very loud-voiced neighbours who had friends over for the evening. We were pretty glad to get away from this place...such a shame, as I'm sure it was a lot better that it is now...this distant landlord business seems to be becoming the norm, sadly."

"Fantastic from the booking to the end of 3days. Had our Diesel Dog with us and he was so comfortable as were we. So clean, the pool was pristine and the gels amd shampoos were cruelty free. Towels were Australian made. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a lovely puppy friendly stay."

"Out of all the discovery park I dislike this one the most. I have no problems with internet at other caravan parks but with this place I struggle to browse anything on my phone. Poor network coverage. The cabins are old and aren't clean. Hardly anything in the kitchen used for cooking, Overall it is okay to stay at but it would be my last option."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Acacia Terraces. The owner. Sharon was extremely pleasant and made sure our stay there was comfortable and enjoyable. She gave us tips on where to go and introduced us to Rich River Golf Club. The accommodation was very clean and we did not lack anything during our stay. The only thing missing was a microwave dish cover and a couple of tea towels. A very quiet and peaceful place. Loved it. Will definitely visit again if available."
