"Well, the hotel was quite clean and the staff was very nice, but the rooms are terrible: they are very-very small, and in our room, we had many problems in the bathroom: the drain in the washbasin and the douche was almost fully engorged, and the toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was so small that a guy about 120 kg would not have been able to enter at all :-( A positive thing is that the air condition is very good. We got continental breakfast: butter, honey, ham, cheese, marmelade, liver paste. Ham and eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs and boiled eggs were also offered upon request. The hotel is at the beach. The beach is not too big, and no sun beds and umbrellas are available. The beach is calculous, which I did not like too much. The prices in the hotel are extremely high I think: a double room with street-side view, with breakfast is EUR 55 per night, at the end of August. A dinner for four person was ca. HRK 800, but it was not a very special dinner: fish, beefsteak, wine, sparkling water, one whisky (not one for each, only ONE), and one portion of pencake. So, it was not really bad to stay there, but I would not go again...."

"This was the third time in a row from 2023 that we visited this hotel. The staff was really nice. We loved the location and the view. The quality of the beds was remarkable. Our sleeping quality was super. The hotel was super clean, parking was easy, it was an additional EUR 17/night. Breakfast was very good and the dinners as well. This hotel was again a perfect place to recharge our batteries. (The billiard table on level 0 should be fixed, if I may ask you so.) We want to come back again."

"AVOID AT ALL COST. We had such a great experience in Croatia until this deeply disappointed poorly located two-room apartment, tucked away in a dirty cul-de-sac at the top of a hill. At the exorbitant price of a luxury apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, this place is absolutely awful. The two rooms are essentially filled with beds and poorly decorated with cheap plastic picture frames warped by the heat. The air conditioning can barely cool half of one room. The furniture is mismatched, the kitchen feels improvised, and the bathroom was so unappealing that we decided not to shower there. We were also fairly certain that the towel hanging in the bathroom was not clean. On top of that, there are ridiculous rules, such as a €20 fee if the door is left open while the air conditioning is running, or being forbidden from charging our phones when we are not in the room."
