"One of the worst hotel with absolutely pathetic customer service. Absolutely dirty towels, bedding, pillow and very substandard toiletries, no maintenance of the room and toilet. They just focus on making money and nothing else. Their so called GM reluctant to talk to the customers??? You just keep repeating yourself and no one will ever listen to you!! Please don’t stay in this pathetic hotel even for free!!"

"An adventurous trip and stay @ The Farmville. We were absolutely excited. Food was tasty and they served @ Riverside Restaurant. They took us to unseen places in Kodaikkaanal includes private waterfalls, riverside and viewpoint which were priceless. It added to our album of memories."

"Had another wonderful stay at Kodai International! 😊 I have been visiting this resort for the past 10 years, and every time I come back, I see some new upgrades and improvements happening. That’s something I truly appreciate. The food taste is always delicious, and the buffet spread is really good with plenty of options. Loved the live counters serving hot dosa and different egg varieties fresh during breakfast and dinner. The campfire experience was also enjoyable and added a nice touch to the evenings. This time, they introduced new activities like zip line, rope walk, and cycling for both adults and kids inside the resort, which made the stay even more fun and engaging for families. Honestly, this resort has everything needed to relax and spend quality family time, so I usually don’t even feel like going outside anywhere in Kodaikanal! One small suggestion to the management would be to consider upgrading some of the rooms and furniture, as a few of them have an older look now. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay once again. Definitely recommend Hotel Kodai International to everyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly stay in Kodaikanal! 👍"

"⭐ hardly Terrible experience – not worth ₹50,000! We booked Green Pastures Kodaikanal by Hill Country for a group stay, expecting a premium experience, but it was a disaster from the moment we checked in. The rooms we were given looked nothing like the pictures shown online — the actual condition was outdated, small, and dirty. Absolutely none of our group members liked the rooms, and after much frustration, we were forced to change hotels just a few hours into the trip, losing the entire ₹50,000 booking. The room quality is extremely poor – tiny, with worn-out furniture, beds that feel like hospital cots, and bathrooms that were below 2-star standards. This property seriously lacks professionalism and maintenance. Think twice before booking – this place is not what it claims to be."
