Midorinokaze Resort Kitayuzawa ★★★★

"The staff were calm and composed, which made my stay very reassuring. The cleaning staff were very polite! However, the inside of the glass wall and door in the smoking area was incredibly dirty, so I had to be careful not to touch it."

Sawa No Yado Kinsenkaku

Horohoro Sanso ★★★

"Worth the price. The meal wasn't anything special, but I was very grateful for the unlimited soft drinks. The temperature of the hot springs and sauna was low, but it was nice to warm up."

AKIYAto DATE DREAM DATE home ★★★

Nishiki Ryokan ★★

"Although I was a little worried about the shared toilet and bathroom before staying there, it was clean and I think it's a great deal for the price, especially with breakfast included! However, it was disappointing that the hot water was empty and wasn't refilled by check-out, so I couldn't use the free amenities, especially the drinks."
