"Nothing about this experience was good, as I don’t have an air-conditioning, they provided a fan, the sound of the fan was louder than the volume cap TV. But even if it hadn’t been the sound of what I believe to be the air-conditioning unit from the building next door louder than everything including the aeroplanes flying over. The constant drowning noise left us with headache headaches. And I don’t believe they understand what a soft closed door is because every single time somebody left one of their rooms or somebody touched the centraldoor it banged and echoed through the walls we went there for a couple of days get away from the children to relax and that hotel was suitable for that. Very very disappointed not the no experience we’ve received from Premier Inn. Just shame you can’t upload videos here so I can show you just how loud the air-conditioning unit right outside our window was."
