"Honestly, we arrived late after major flight changes and a super extended journey half-way across the globe .. The shuttle picked us up, the driver was so friendly and informative - the ride was easy and he helped with our luggage, making the night so much easier! The room was comfortable and loved the layout, it made our stay so much nicer! The staff members were amazing and the stay was positive all around! I will definitely come back! Thank you all for making our arrival home so much more welcoming and easier!"

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for getting a good night's rest before my flight. The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was an added bonus.Overall, the value for money at this Holiday Inn is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay near O'Hare Airport. I will definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 30-minute walk. There's a park nearby, and it's not far from the lake either. However, the hotel staff had a poor attitude; they were unwilling to provide disposable toiletries, though the guy who helped with luggage storage was good. The room facilities are old, soundproofing is bad, and the bathroom has no extractor fan – the alarm even went off after a shower if the door wasn't closed. It's definitely not worth $350 a night."
