"This is an excellent place to stay and it's in an ideal location to explore Bude and the surrounding areas. There are two incredible beaches within a ten-minute walk and the shops are even closer. I travelled alone and stayed in a single room which even though small was ideal for me. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. The food was excellent and there were numerous options. I would like to thank the owners and definitely plan to return. This is somewhere I would most certainly recommend to others to stay when travelling to Bude."

"I cannot leave a good review, this camping site is basic, nice palm trees but that’s about it. If you like the vibe of hen parties and stag parties with people loud and fires and football games then this is for you! The facilities are basic, no one on site to help, just mobile numbers left on the reception door which no one answers. The showers were cold and basic, only two taps for water, expensive for a camp trip. The owner did not communicate until a month after my stay. People were leaving because it was so bad! I cannot recommend as my holiday was ruined and cut short. Asked for some of my money back and offered just 15% off my next booking! Then silence …. Just like they do not answer their mobiles. The campsite is on a slope grass needed cutting so Maintenance was poor. I cannot give anymore than 1 Star! Not very large pitches and cars parked across others pitches if they had a caravan and awning. Great location for bude but that’s about it."

"The Premier Inn is in an absolutely prime location in the middle of a beautiful Cornish town with everything within arm's reach. Value for money is good, and it does exactly what it sets out to do for a holiday. There are a few setbacks which stand out in general: the rooms are very small, the family room being extremely minimalist; the shower wasn't really functional due to the showerhead being very leaky and spraying everywhere; the wi-fi is also useless, although you can buy a faster version. However, if you plan to spend no time in the room at all beyond sleeping it's exactly what you need (and this is what the Premier Inn is for ultimately). This all being said, the breakfasts are excellent value. The hotel was clean, it's efficient, organised with comfortable beds and essentially everything you want. We also had a room with a great street-facing view down the sea river although this won't be the case for everyone. The best quality of this hotel is the staff. They were polite and professional with a great attitude. Of particular note were Jazz (running the show) and the chef, Tony. They all seem to get on and this translates to great customer service with a sense of humor. It was great to see, and they were a credit to the hotel. I would happily stay there again. It's a solid four-star place to stay in a wonderful part of England. Nowhere is perfect, but this place does it's job very well and exceeded expectations in all the important areas at a good price. You won't be disappointed."

"I do not have a single bad word to say about this amazing experience. I only wish we booked longer. For what we paid to stay here in August I cannot believe the value for money. The pods are amazing, the grounds are beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly. One day we just lay on the bean bags outside the pod in the sun, it was just peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to nature and making breakfast on the BBQ followed by an early morning coffee sat outside soiling in the amazing garden views from the front of my pod. I have read some of the bad reviews on here and some people are just unfair. Someone said car park is miles away from the pods, this is not true we was about 30m away and was easily accessible. Furthest pod is about 60-70m away from car park. Also you cannot see the cars or car park as it’s hidden by all the beautiful flowers, trees and plants that are perfects kept. Me and my wife came as a couple and we will 100% be coming back again either on our own or bringing the children. I cannot thank the staff enough for such an amazing time. Please do not pay any attention to some of these silly reviews. Again thank you so much. DO NOT MISS OUT STAYING HERE ITS AMAZING !!!!!!!"

"Another wonderful stay in The Promised Land! Always a warm welcome when we arrive and met Caroline this time. Our indulgent caravan was, as always, spotless. Our family joined us at the weekend and their luxury caravan was amazing too. A big shout out to Lucy and Brook at the clubhouse. They were kind and greeted us with a warm welcome. We hadn’t used the clubhouse before, this time our grandchildren were keen to make use of the arcade! The singers on Saturday evenings were good and well worth going to see. We hope to be back soon x"
