"No proper parking in hotel. Parked anyway after half an hrs waiting. Room booked premium class but due to advance booking they have provided lower category room smell badly. Pillow and bedsheet was dirty. After request to manager he denied to change the room inspite of available of other room. Not even room freshner used on request. After so many requests somehow change the bedsheet and pillow cover breakfast is just formalities."

All staff that we came across are very hospitable and need to mention specially Bidyut and Mrityunjay for wonderful coordination with the booking aggregator (*******). All the staffs are very particular about ensuring the best experience in Tarapith. We look forward to visiting again and recommend others as well."
