"Location is great and the staff was very nice. However, the walls in our room were very thin and we could hear the people in the room next door very very clearly until late at night (2AM). We might have been unlucky as this is not mentioned in other reviews. We stayed on the first floor next to room 120.  In the end, although this not an expensive hotel, I feel the value proposition is bad."

Numerous shops and restaurants are nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The hotel itself is a historic building, with the lobby and restaurant retaining a strong classical style, creating an elegant and locally characteristic atmosphere. The rooms are of decent size, but lack air conditioning, which can make them feel somewhat stuffy in summer or when temperatures are high. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with both hot and cold options to satisfy different tastes."

"Shower hook broken, toilet door mounted upside down as it is very difficult to get out, satisfactory but expensive breakfast, shower door impossible to close because the lock is broken and the elevator, in particular, has a door that is difficult to open."

"The Arras Ibis Styles was the last hotel on our driving 'Tour de France' during May, we stopped at hotel/Logis in Normandy, Angers, Bordeaux, Narbonne, Lyon and Dijon, my wife and I both agreed that the Arras Ibis Styles hotel is perfect, its style, decor, public areas are superb, breakfast choice and service were perfect, however what makes the hotel perfect is the staff, all staff were excellent but the lady receptionist who checked us in arrived back at work while we had an early breakfast with a big smile on her face, this speaks volumes to us, please pass on thanks to all staff"
