Mission Hills Resorts Shenzhen

I recently stayed Mission Hills and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

The service at Mission Hills Resort was excellent. Our requests were thoughtfully answered and proactively resolved. Special acknowledgement to Jepson Li, hotel manager, who understood our family needs and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Overall the hotel staff was well trained and professional. As you can tell, we enjoyed our stay of 4 nights there.

The room is nice and practical, mine has the view facing golf course. The two pools are great (just that I hope the water can be a bit more clean). Staff is super helpful especially the room cleaning lady who gave us the extra clothes hanging tools for swimwear drying. Kids indoor playroom's air condition need improvement. Changing room & swimming towel arrangement also need improvement. We had a lot of fun for this 3 days trip and will definitely refer friends to go.

Location and Transportation: 8/10 The resort's location is quite convenient, with the hotel offering a shuttle bus service that connects to the nearby metro station and shopping mall, making it easily accessible. This accessibility is a major plus. Service: 8/10 The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, able to communicate in both Cantonese and Mandarin. Their warm and cheerful demeanor was a highlight of the stay. Facilities: 5/10 Unfortunately, the facilities themselves seem a bit dated and not as well-maintained as one might expect from a resort of this caliber. This was particularly concerning when it came to the hygiene and cleanliness, which is an area that requires immediate attention, especially in the kid-friendly facilities. Kid Area: 5/10 The resort does offer a range of kid-friendly facilities, but similar concerns about hygiene and safety arise in these areas. The lack of dedicated supervision or oversight in the kid zones is a notable shortcoming. Absolutely fabulous! I'm very satisfied with the service, accommodation, Cantonese cuisine and the golf course! Perfect experience.
