We had reservations at this hotel. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us. Another person was waiting also. Checking was 1:00 pm. The host did not strive until 1:40 pm. The other persons room was not clean so heavy wait longer. The rooms are very small; the TV was the size of a lap top with a distorted picture! The bed was not very comfortable. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water in the shower stall, so water dripped onto the floor! The area (Fira) is very congested and it was extremely hot! There were three cruise ships docked so the narrow streets were extremely crowded! I think this will be toward the bottom of my list for a return trip!

Positive: Large and clean room with four beds, and good air conditioner. Clean and nice sized bathroom. The view from the shared terrace is nice. Negative: No proper window - like being in a bunker! Dangerous in case of a fire - no escape. No table to eat by, no private space outside if you want to have breakfast with your family. The pool was small, dirty and ice cold. There was a lot of noisy traffic passing just outside the villa. The outdoor space felt dirty and there was no flowers, pillows or any attempt to make the space feel welcoming. The receptionist was not offering any help with the luggage, not even my 65 year old mother in law was offered help. There was no possibility to buy a cup of coffee or some snacks. You could buy water, bear or coke, but even this possibility was closed after 6 pm… Conclusion - Villa Murano is fine if you only need a bed to sleep for the night - that’s it.

Mi accodo alle altre recensioni negative purtroppo. Apprezzato il transfer dal porto in villa per 27 euro ( necessario). Camera non mi è piaciuta si da subito, vecchia, niente è a norma. Nn ci sono comodini, non ci sono prese corrente a fianco a letto. 1 sola presa per ricaricare cellulari, in 2 persone nn è il massimo. Sennò dovevamo staccare la spina del frigo o del wi fi. Lenzuola e federe sporchi, così come gli asciugamani. "Armadio" troppo piccolo per 2 persone. Bagno, male male, vecchio reggi tenda nella doccia, arrugginito. la cosa che ci è piaciuta la terrazza e la vista che avevamo

Abbiamo prenotato questa "struttura" sulla base delle foto pubblicate (piscina, vista esterna della villa, stanze) e perché, nella descrizione, c'era la vicinanza al centro di Fira: niente niente di più falso! Siamo arrivati verso mezzanotte con un servizio transfer -con furgoncino malandato e sporco -dall'aeroporto di Santorini, da loro offerto alla (spropositata) cifra di 68 Euro ( salvo poi scoprire che l'aeroporto distanza 2/3 Km dalla struttura....) Le camere! Terribili, sporche, piccole, mobilio fatiscente scarno e artigianato.....il bagno? No comment, da accapponare la pelle....biancheria letto/ bagno non pulita....e per finire? La piscina messa in bella mostra nelle foto? Una vasca! Per di più la struttura è lontanissima dal centro ed è in un posto isolato, dove non ci sono bar e ristoranti. Scoprire tutto ciò di notte e senza servizio reception h24 è stato terribile per chi è in vacanza da poche ore e cerca relax! L'indomani mattina, dopo una notte quasi insonne, abbiamo espletato le nostre rimostranze e l'intenzione di lasciare la struttura alla proprietaria la quale pretendeva che pagassimo lo stesso intero soggiorno, e non solo la notte! Ovviamente così non è stato (perché non si può pagare un servizio di cui non si è usufruito!), abbiamo pagato solo una notte (€ 410!) e la proprietaria, mostrando tutta la assoluta mancanza di cura e l'attenzione per il cliente/turista deluso da cose oggettivamente improponibili, ci ha liquidati con parole offensive che non riporto... Esperienza/ pernottamento davvero da dimenticare! Non lo consiglio affatto La meravigliosa Santorini non merita queste bruttezze!
