This hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is wonderful and the owners, Mary and Nicholas are helpful, generous, warm and kind. We had a wonderful holiday in Kamari - the room was lovely with a garden area and hot tub. The bedding and furniture were of very high quality. The hotel is close to the bars and restaurants along the beach front but is in a very quiet location. It is also close to the bus stops, supermarket and bakery. Nicholas was very helpful and knowledgeable, advising us of local transport links, potential trips and places of interest. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We cannot wait to go back!

Lovely little hotel. We had the Gem suite which was great for our 18 and 15 year old, with the jacuzzi on the spacious balcony, plus they ordered fresh pizza to the room which was delicious. Balcony had 2 sunbeds and chairs to relax. The suite had two separate rooms with a comfortable king-size bed, and the other room with 2 single beds. Perfect for our family. Nikolas is so helpful with anything you need and advice on where to visit. Rooms were absolutely spotless, cleaned every day. Shower was particularly good, powerful and good temperature. Aircon was brilliant and could be adjusted to suite. Breakfast had lots of choice from cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, beans. Also fresh pastries, hams, cheese fruit great yoghurt which was delicious. There is a short walk to restaurants and bars, personally I likes this after a meal. We did thw aunset catamaran trip with bbq and drinks this was excellent. Greek night at Dimitris was so much fun and well woth the money. I would recommend this lovely little place, thank you Nikolas for a wonderful holiday! Xxx

This is a stunning hotel. My partner and I have just returned after a week here. From arrival to departure, Nikolas made us feel welcomed and considered. From offering advice on restaurants and places to visit, to helping hire quads and cars, he made our stay so relaxing and special! The hotel is immaculate! Impeccable to be honest. The rooms (we had the Grace suit with jacuzzi) have everything you need including coffee/tea facilities, a fridge and a hairdryer. Sheets were changed at least twice in our week and we had fresh towels everyday. They are beautifully designed and decorate too. Lovely touches as well with toiletries and vanity and shaving kits. Breakfast has ample choice with the best Greek yogurt, pastries, warm food and cold meats. Fresh fruit always available too and it’s fine to take some for later! The location is a 5 minute walk to the stunning black beach and there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket, car hires and gift/clothes shops. Also just a 5 minute walk to the bottom of the mountain and a 45 minute climb to the top! The pool area has sun until 4/5pm but the pool is cold and it can be a little noisy with the road. We would definitely recommend coming here.

We stayed for a week , although there were others staying , it’s a small hotel so it felt like we were the only ones there at times. The rooms were clean and comfortable, good shower and nice outdoor space with a hot tub. Nicholas helped us with bus time tables and organising a taxi to and from the airport. The welcome drink was nice , and breakfast with yoghurt , fruits and feta / spinach parcels was a great start to the day. 100m to the nearest and good restaurants, another 100m to a supermarket, for us a great location away from the main hustle and bustle but an easy walk to the main beach / shopping / restaurant areas.

It is a real diamond for Santorini!!!! If you don't visit it's hard to understand my point of view. Simple, clean, gentle people a real advertisemnt for Greece!!!

Beautiful and clean hotel just under 10 minutes walk to beach. Restaurants close by. We had the room with jacuzzi, chairs and bean bags to sit outside. Lovely walk in shower, safe, air con and fridge. Great walk up to the top of the hill, recommend for seeing the sun rise. Wonderful host who helped with tours, cars and other useful information. Very easy to get around the island with everything being so close. Great breakfast, bacon, scrambled egg, ham, cheeses, cereal, bread, pastries, fruit and not forgetting the Greek yoghurt.

We stayed as friends with teenage daughters. The accommodation was beautiful (we had a two bed with terrace and hot tub), the apartment was clean and with everything you could need. Nikolas and his family were welcoming, warm and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they had thought of everything that you might need in your room. Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from- cakes, spinach pies, Greek yoghurt and fruit with lots more. Location was beautiful, walking distance to town and the beach. Safe and quiet at night. Easy access to the local bus for trips to Fira, Red Beach and Oia for 2€. We would love to return :)

This is a truly lovely family run hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The welcome we received from Nikolas and his grandmother was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and the recommendations for places to visit were spot on every time. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and shops with an abundance of restaurants nearby and the open air cinema (the best one I’ve ever been to) is only a short stroll away. Great location, fantastic hosts and hope to return soon
