Terrible experience
The balcony door was broken. I asked to change a room but was told only first floor was available. Or I could wait for a staff to fix the door. Who wants to spend their vacation doing that?! Well, I did. I paid extra money for the view but didn’t enjoy it for a minute. My face stinked so much at the front desk, but the manager seems not care at all, simply repeated her “first floor or wait to fix” solution.
The water in the room was so dirty. I had to buy drinking water from hotel, which is 60 baht a can, the size of a coke.
The beach is not private at all. It’s public with some chairs from the hotel. But watch your time on the beach. If you miss the last hotel boat, it’s a long long way to go back.
I paid 1000 baht as deposit, and didn’t get any refund after checking out for 17 days already. I sent an email to check what’s happening. No one responded. Now I don’t know how to get my money back.
