Adams Beach Hotel & Spa

One of the best hotels in the area it has a Great location and fantastic atmosphere with big and clean room highly recommended

I found a used condom wrapper behind my bed. Let that sink in. This is not a minor oversight — this is a fundamental hygiene failure that would be unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as a 5-star property. Guests paying 5-star prices have every right to expect that the room they check into has actually been cleaned. The bed linens were dirty. The baseline was not met. When I raised this, reception staff verbally promised to refund my unused nights. They did not honour that promise. They kept the money. That is not an oversight — that is dishonesty. I have photographic evidence of the condom wrapper, taken in situ beside the bed frame. It is posted here for anyone who doubts that a 5-star hotel could sink this low. Adam’s Beach Hotel failed on every level that matters: hygiene, housekeeping standards, and basic integrity. A 5-star rating is a promise to guests. This hotel broke that promise comprehensively. I would not return under any circumstances and I would actively warn anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.

The hotel was nice, mainly because we stayed in the adults-only area. The rest of the hotel was quite noisy and full of loud children, which was not suitable for the kind of vacation we were looking for. The room was okay, although we expected more from a "delax suitI". It was fairly basic and not particularly modern. The food was decent. The hotel’s sushi restaurant was excellent, but, of course, it came at an additional cost.

Overall, the place is beautiful and excellent. If the service providers were a little more smiling, it would be more pleasant, from the reception to the service providers at the hotel. And they charged 120 euros for a one-year-old baby. I didn't understand what they said in the terms and conditions: babies are free.

Terrible stay There is humidity in every room. The floor is wet, and even the bed is damp when you enter your room. The service is terrible. Whenever you ask for something, the staff look at you with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. The breakfast is ridiculous and absolutely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. There are also very old, outdated rooms that are nowhere near a 5-star standard — they deserve one star at most. Do not be fooled by the hotel’s 5-star rating. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. If you have the possibility to cancel your reservation, do not go there. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

I had high expectations from this hotel and honestly I was a bit disappointed. We only had breakfast package, but food was not varied at all, every morning same things, very little fruit selection. I have stayed on a 4 star hotel prior to this and the food was much better and lots of fruits. Entertainment very poor, even mini disco for kids a big dissappoiment, the music selection very tasteless for kids (club music). Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony. The things I liked in this hotel was the room design and pool area. Also the fact that we were so close to Nissi beach.

Very nice beach hotel with great amenities and services

Perfect nice place to have your holidays

Repeated customer at Adams. The check in was great, free upgrate, the elegance renovated family rooms where lovely with big space and everything with touch buttons. Coffee and tea facilities in room, slippers, toiletries, ironboard. Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh. Nice flowers at lobby. The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience.  Some things need improvement though: -The reception never replied my calls when i had a problem with the tv control in room. -The wc area in the vala beach club was dirty. Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.  - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay. -The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday. -For the coctails at socci restaurant where not using geniuine brands making them undrinkable. For 13 euros per coctail,  i do deserve original rum in my drink. -The service at socci restaurant was incosistent depending which shift was working everyday. The one philippino lady was lovely but the next day the other eastern european waitress never smiled and was very “stiff”. Teach your staff basic customer service pls. -The “fresh” orange juice at breakfast was not fresh at all but sugared orangejuice with water. Unacceptable for a five star hotel. Also the coffee from the maschine was bitter and bad quality. -The glasshouse restaurant is nice but very expensive as every restaurant in the hotel. For a bottle of wine charged triple the price I do deserve at least some peanuts. - At elegance rooms there was nowhere to hang the hand towel except behind the door. More hooks needed next to the sinks. Also at night its difficult to find the switch lights wc button at the electronic lights board. Not everything should be modern, keep things simple.  Overall I do liked my stay in general and I will return.
