Hotel was OK but noisy when they switched on a big generator at the pool at 8 in the morning.

Very clean hotel . Room cleaned and fresh towels daily . Staff pleasant and breakfast good . The only negative was the air con was either not strong enough or not working properly ( this was what people said it was )

Lovely hotel, but try staying poolside, cus our room was facing a nightclub and was very noisy, but that’s my only complaint

Great hotel in a great location friendly staff. Only thing i struggled with was getting my deposit back we was a group off 15 and I was the only one what waited ages. Apart from that had a brilliant time.

The Perla is a nice hotel but a tad noisy, it’s one of the few hotels in Benidorm that allow Stag and Hen groups to stay. Just a couple of things re the room, for example a couple of hooks in the bathroom would be helpful, also maybe a small shelf and stool - just little things but they make quite a difference - other than that, nice staff, especially the guys in the bar.

3rd year running to The Perla and it didn’t disappoint. Was great to be back. Hotel is smaller which we like but more friendly. Staff are great. Hotel is spotless and rooms refreshed every morning. It is bang in the middle of everything but still quiet. Pool is great. Could do with a few more sunbeds only because selfish people claim beds then never use them. Should be a policy that if you not there towel put to one side. Another fab stay and whilst other hotels may be a higher rating we will always use The Perla. See you next year.

Just back from 5 days here with my brother. My 1st visit to Beni, my brothers 4th. I chose Perla & I'm so glad I did. Absolutely spotless, the staff literally clean all day long, cleaning windows & floors you can eat your dinner off, over & over again. The decor is lovely. The room perfect. Reception staff & bar staff AMAZING. In particular Jose & Peppe. Great sense of humour, friendly & efficient, especially Jose! Location spot on, close to everything. Will most definetly be back.

Reception staff moody and rude after asking them to fix the toilet and the air con they did neither, room was like a sauna and my partner ended up fixing the toilet himself in the end. Pool music blasting from 9am in the morning not even on quiet literally blasting. Javier very rude man on reception came banging on the room one evening as we’d just got in and tried saying I wasn’t staying there after arguing with us he then found me on the system and didn’t even apologise, told us to leave him alone when he was the one harassing us. Also the baggage room door is left wide open all day not even locked so anybody could go in there and take your belongings. Wouldn’t stay here again.
