InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8

Warm staff , nice view and hotel rooms. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved this hotel, it was really accessible and close to all places, has a superb view of the Yokohama skyline and the room is really clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and couples!

Really friendly staffs (including carpark staffs). Room is big, very clean and great aircon.

Top-tier grand and pose design hotel. This hotel add points to Yokohama city.

The hotel is great but the location is not convenient in terms of access as it requires either a 15min walk or taxi.

Modern & hi-tech hotel with great view, spacious room and helpful staff

We were traveling with 2 small children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very new and well maintained, room spacious and well equipped. We stayed for 2 nights and got free upgrade to Junior suite. The location is at the pier and 5 mins walk to red brick warehouse and cup noodles museum. There’s a small stylish mall right next door with good restaurant and cafe options. The location is perfect for us and is very chill. We don’t mind it being a 5 mins drive to shopping malls and prefer the chill vibe. The only slight disappointment is breakfast which has very limited option. The hotel room is also very far away from elevator. But overall still a very good stay for us.

The best best best hotel with the best view best room and best location. I think about this place all the time.

The hotel rooms are huge and spacious, very clean and beautiful. I love the free drink provided at the minibar which is plus point for us. The bathtub separated from the shower area is a smart idea and i really like size of the bathroom. The mattress is not so soft but it is acceptable for me, I like the pillows and the comforter provided, the are nice. I l love the port view especially but if there is a balcony that will be ideal but luckily we can open the windows and that is wonderful.
