I have been a guest of this hotel for over 12 years. It used to be a pleasant place with high standards, but my last stay in December 2024, during the Christmas period (from December 25 to 28), was disastrous. The main problem lies not in the hotel itself, which still has potential, but in the current management, which appears to be completely incompetent and disrespectful towards guests. Here is a summary of the issues I encountered: 1. No heating during the first night. It was -4°C outside, and I spent the night shivering. I reported the issue to the reception, but it was not resolved immediately. The next day, I had to request a room change. The new room had heating, but it was in poor condition, which only partially addressed the problem. 2. The room was not cleaned for two days, despite multiple requests to the reception. 3. Essential supplies such as towels and toilet paper were missing. I had to repeatedly ask for these basic amenities, and the response was slow. 4. Poor room condition, including several visible defects: • A dirty sink and shower with damaged joints and mold (see photo) • A broken thermostat in the hallway leading to the room, with exposed electrical wires (see photo) • A TV that was already damaged upon my arrival, but for which I was later blamed (see photo) • A cracked mirror, damaged furniture, and overall neglect (see photos) During my stay, I had to visit the reception more than 20 times to report these issues. The staff tried their best, but it was clear they had no support from the management. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that the general manager was on a holiday break and that no one on-site could make decisions. I was asked to send an email after my stay to resolve the situation, but this was just a way to delay the issue. It has now been over a month since I sent the email, and the management has either ignored me or responded with dismissive replies. I am not the only guest who experienced these problems. Many recent reviews on Google mention the same issues: poor hygiene, technical problems, and a lack of managerial support. I travel frequently and have never encountered such a dismissive attitude from a hotel management team. I hope that the hotel’s owners or parent company read this review and take action to replace the current management. Conclusion: Until the management of this hotel changes, I strongly advise against staying here. If you are looking for professional service and a stress-free stay, look elsewhere.
