Leonardo Royal Hotel Warsaw

At this moment the location is really poor because of the road construction in the area. It is dusty all over around the hotel. Be aware of this when you book because the construction didn’t look it would end anytime soon as of September 2026. It’s not a walking distance from the train station or from the historic downtown. Bus 157 takes you to the station, and 106 goes historic downtown.  The breakfast were wonderful. Great variety and live cooking of eggs. The staff at the restaurant were nice. As for the room, a smell from the sewage bothered us, so we ran water for a while, and it went off. Shower was good and hot.  Some staff were very nice, but the other didn’t look happy or welcoming. We didn’t get a good impression when we checked in compared to another hotel in Warzawa.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Warsaw. The room was exceptionally spacious, especially by typical hotel standards, with plenty of space to relax, a large and very comfortable bed, and an absolutely spectacular panoramic view over Warsaw However, the interior already feels a little dated and would benefit from renovation. This is particularly noticeable in the bathroom, which looks quite basic and worn compared with the size and potential of the room. Still, the generous space, comfortable bed and beautiful city view made the stay enjoyable. With a thoughtful refurbishment—especially of the bathroom—this hotel could offer a much more impressive experience.

The hotel was acceptable, but it didn’t feel like it lived up to its 4-star rating. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Warszawa Centralna station, and the room was clean with functioning air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower. However, the interior is quite dated, and the cushion pillow was noticeably dusty, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. The street outside is also heavily dug up due to ongoing city construction, making the surroundings less appealing. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but I expected a higher standard from a 4-star hotel.

Nice trip with wonderful experience

I'd prefer a higher floor, we stayed on 3rd floor and it was very noisy due to building sie next to the hotel and hotel staff talking downstairs the back of the hotel. Although our room was clean on daily basis thanks to the cleaning lady.
