Extraordinary experience in the very heart of Verona. A very interesting concept with excellent taste in decor an interior design, very unique. Curated hospitality and excellent hosts. Totally recommended to stay here if you are visiting Verona.

A very warm welcome from the owner Matteo and he is rightly proud of the excellent business he has built. Very comfortable and just a few minutes walk from the arena and city centre. Room only but lots of drinks and snacks provided as part of the deal. We will be returning next year.

We had the pleasure of staying at Butterfly, set in the owners' ancestral home, now converted - with tremendous style, and no cut corners - into luxurious rooms. We met Laura's partner when we checked in and he could not have been more charming and more helpful. He directed us to some spectacular restaurants - he is a real foodie so take his recommendations seriously. Butterfly is deeply personal for them, and it shows in the love that has been poured into the place. This is not a hotel, so you don't pay for all the stuff that goes with that (I don't travel to go to a gym, and prefer to eat and drink with the locals). Instead you get to enjoy a room that any 5* hotel would be proud of, within walking distance of everything that matters in Verona. We'll be back for sure.

My wife and I only stayed one night in Verona, but the hotel was fantastic! The couple who own the hotel were very nice and helpful, as was the one staffer we met. The room was very comfortable. It's definitely a small, boutique hotel. And, the location was fantastic. We walked everywhere we wanted to go -- very nice not to need a car.

The Butterfly Boutique Rooms are absolute perfection. Gian Matteo and Laura have spared no expense and poured love into creating an exquisite range of rooms showcasing the best of Italian design and style. The location is superb- tucked away quietly but bang in the centre of this gorgeous city. We arrived to find delicious homemade pastries, a lovely bottle of wine and a well-stocked complimentary fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable and our en suite was fabulous with incredible attention to detail- superb products and even a mask to soak away tired eyes from long travels. But it is the service and warmth of welcome that make this place so very special- Gian Matteo , Laura and their team could not have done more to make our stay completely perfect. They are rightly incredibly proud of their wonderful accommodation and it was clearly important to them that our stay was faultless - which it was. My husband was a bit disappointed to be missing his beloved Man City playing - which was only available on SKY- so we nipped out for a coffee instead. On our return, the TV in our room had been set up with SKY ( using one of the teams personal account) so he could watch the game. Such a thoughtful gesture. The Butterfly Boutique rooms combine the best qualities of a hotel stay with the best of staying in a luxurious private apartment. We left feeling so relaxed it was only when we got all the way to Lake Garda that we realised we had left our passports behind in the safe at Butterfly Rooms. Gian Matteo had them hand despatched to us and refused to allow us to give hin payment. So, even after we had left the building, the service continued to be outstanding! My husband and I have travelled all over the world with work and for pleasure and the Butterfly Rooms are as lovely as anywhere we've stayed. I cannot recommend them too highly.

What an incredible place! We had an amazing time during our stay in Verona. The owners are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure their guests are taken care of at all times. I can’t recommend Butterfly enough. The rooms are really spacious, beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Can’t wait to come back!
