Bad: 👎First day At the front desk The low ponytail hairstyle lady who checked in had a bad attitude .The guest came in the rain and paid the full amount. (Estimate: racist) I don't know why she took the guest's passport (maybe a copy) into the small room at the front desk and disrespected the guest's privacy. (There is reason to suspect that it may be used illegally?)
The service was very poor. It doesn't need to be cleaned every day, but the waiter entered the room without permission. On the third day of our stay, we asked for the room to be cleaned. Unexpectedly, most of the waiters did not replenish basic hygiene products and only asked the front desk to add a pillow because of the pillow problem. too low
But another lady with shoulder length brown hair at the front desk actually said there were no extra pillows.
The room is a single room. It was already crowded for two people. The room was very dirty. The toilet smells bad. No service at all and my skin is itchy and sensitive. No.1 This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had during our trip to Japan. I will never choose this hotel group again. Breakfast was also terrible. Just a lunch box, two rice balls, radish, fish, meatballs, and sausage. Everything is very small. Tea is provided. Skipping coffee is another option. Rats roamed the streets below.
