"Hotel Palma is perfectly located close to the city centre and Porto Montenegro. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough to help. Breakfast was excellent, with varied, plentiful and fresh offerings. The room was small but sufficient and the shower was very good. The only thing I would change in the room is the mattress protector, which is made of plastic and made a noise everytime you turned in bed. It was a shame that the beach was being worked on and could not be used yet, but it is understandable because the high season had not started yet. The hotel is in a quiet location."

"I was drawn in by the name, but it turned out to be a small private hotel about 2 km from the airport (we planned to stay overnight before our flight). We booked an apartment with a kitchen, which didn't even have a pinch of salt. The room was large, but... the smell of dampness was nauseating! Maybe it's just on the first floor – I don't know. As for the location... it's about a 20-minute walk to Porto Montenegro, and 2 km to the airport, but a taxi costs from 35 euros! I really didn't understand that... 50 euros to Budva, but 35 to go just a couple of steps! Our compatriots were even charged 50! The staff, by the way, were friendly and tried to help as much as they could."

"The soundproofing is really poor. It would be a disaster if there are children next door. There was no way to get a good rest. The beach chairs are all booked and there is no way to make a reservation. The young lady on duty at the front desk in the morning felt very unhappy. If you ask anything, you have to wait for the next person on duty to come."

"I booked a semi-ocean view room, but upon check-in, I was given a second-floor room with absolutely no sea view. Through Ctrip, I was able to get a room on the top floor, which was absolutely stunning. The hotel boasts an excellent location with ocean views and yachts visible from the window. It's within walking distance of an upscale area, the only luxury brand area in Montenegro. Breakfast was a buffet, very lavish and beautifully presented. In conclusion, when staying at overseas hotels, never hesitate to make requests and protect your rights."

"The decoration is very new and good (this is what I value most when staying in a hotel). I only stayed for one day and there were too many things to do to take pictures. The service was very good, and everyone at the front desk was very enthusiastic (which is rare in this place), and they took the initiative to help solve various problems. The next morning, I caught an early flight, and the hotel helped prepare a super rich packed breakfast, which surprised me. The area is quite lively, and you can see the sea within a few steps. Recommended."

"A TERRIBLE experience. So many nice places and I got this one. The bathroom was still dirty from previous people. it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. The whole apartment was smelly and the sheets on the bed were wet or damp and horrible. The staff were not helpful."

"Що ж, це було дуже приємне перебування, як у бабусі. Сільський будинок на пагорбі з чистою кімнатою. Дуже близько до Порту та красивої, розкішної набережної. Дуже привітний власник, який зробив усе можливе для людей, які віддають перевагу чистому середовищу. Ми насолоджувалися ідеальним видом на море з балкону. Під час поїздки була стара панорамна фотографія будівництва Сіро, яке давно закінчилося, тому не турбуйтеся. Тільки хороші рекомендації для тих, хто віддає перевагу номеру з видом на вулицю - будь ласка, зверніть увагу на їхній балкон з видом на дорогу. Тож нам пощастило забронювати номер на 3-му поверсі з видом на море, який просто неймовірний!!! Бажаю процвітання D&D. Завжди пам'ятайте про чудові гори Чорногорії."

"We stayed at this hotel for just one night as part of tour of the Balkans. The decor was very nice and the bathroom was modern with a walk in shower in our room 427 and nice complementary toiletries. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant wasn't as hot as it should be. I appreciate they are catering for lots of people but the fish we tried was drier than dry. At breakfast the fried eggs were all smashed (is this how they have them?) and the bacon very fatty so we settled for cereals and banana."
