Все было достойно. Номер чистый, большой (не хватало розеток возле кроватей). Удобная гардеробная. Питание хорошее (без очередей, все докладывалось), алкоголь если заказывать самим то тоже (через официанта приносят не всегда оригинал). Цена=качество. Если удалось забронировать по норм цене, то советую.

Everything is great – of course, there are some areas for improvement. But what truly shows high standards is that the hotel management is eager to grow and open to hearing not only positive feedback, but also the less favorable comments that help improve their service. That’s what I call true class.

We stayed in Nirvana DV one week in June, from the moment of entry to check out and beyond you are a welcomed guest. Our P-assistant Ruslan greatly helped us to check in and throughout our stay. The territory and landscape of the hotel is a huge advantage, there is always something to do for guests of different tastes/age (from sport activities to leisure/relax at one of many pools). Hotel offers a good variety of sport programs (sup board, kayaking, fitness), main and seawater pool (our favorite), hamam. Kayak, Sup was a personal favorite & highlight of the week, Yusuf is a great instructor. Aqua park is the not the largest, yet creative and comfortable. Night show programs are decent, some days even great. Disco at Cosmos Moonlight (and day programs) is a big bonus, recommend trying it. Some considerations for hotel: Choice of alcohol throughout hotel is inconsistent in different areas/bars, so you always need to select from what’s available. Outdated TVs that don’t support Smart functions (no YouTube, Netflix). Wow what can we say, fantastic holiday - again. We have come back home, feeling refreshed and relaxed. This is our third visit and we were not disappointed. Some of the staff remembered us from previous visits and gave us a warm welcome that made us feel very special. Food and choices of places to eat both at lunchtime and evening were amazing. Food was excellent with great choice. Great choices of different places to eat during the day too. The Pescatore and Welldone steakhouse are worth the extra charge. Choice of bars and entertainment at night meant you could choose a quiet night or a lively night. The drinks were all branded. The entertainment was amazing especially at the weekend which fell over The Feast of Sacrifice celebrations, it was a great to be a part of this. Bedroom - Seaview was amazing and cleaned daily, minibar stocked daily. The personal assistants via WhatsApp is a brilliant concept and they were always quick to help with any queries. ALL the staff work very hard and are very helpful and friendly. There was an occasional language barrier but, we either used modern technology or the staff member would find someone who would help. Without these wonderful hard working staff including those that some might forget, gardners, porters, pool cleaners etc we would not have such a wonderful holiday. We cannot understand why more English people do not come here - trust me you are missing a real treat, especially if you want a taste of luxury. There is an animation team who provide activities during the day and a children's club, we can't comment on these as we did not use. You can be as relaxed, or active as you like during your stay. The hotel is improving all the time, new bar in the main lobby area and The Vista bar is a lovely new addition. Will definitely return
