"We had booked two rooms here - standard room category The rooms are clean and comfortable and decently sized. The bf spread is decent and has plenty of options for vegetarians The front desk staff (specially ms Tata) was courteous and helped us with suggestions of things to do in the city. The hotel, even though not located in the old town, is a short taxi ride away. Barely costs GEL 4-6 to get to most areas of interest. And even if you don’t want to step out to the old town, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend if you don’t mind starting slightly far from the city center."

"The hotel is very quaint and I loved the tasteful, retro decor of the rooms. They were beautiful. The beds are really comfortable, it feels like sinking into a pool of clouds, and I truly had some of the best nights of sleep here. The only flaw was my room’s toilet shower area was not really partitioned at all and every time I showered the whole toilet becomes soaking wet (this is not true for all rooms, I stayed at another room in this hotel before and there wasn’t this problem). The hotel is located within an internal courtyard behind some local apartments, so you get a closer glimpse of some locals living their day to day life too. The staff were also nice and friendly enough. The only con is that the hotel is not exactly located in the main touristy area of Tbilisi, which is on the other side of the river (to get there, you have to walk maybe 30-40 mins or so, or take the nearest metro which is 10 mins walk away). I ended up taking the taxi more as it is pretty affordable. But it is something to bear in mind."

"We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. Initially we felt It was a little uncomfortable for us as its not a typical hotel. But once we settled down we just loved it. The hotel is location close to the city centre. Food was good too. What we liked the most is the service provided by the staff and the hotel decor. The people at the hotel are so good that you can ask them for any kind of help and they would help. The hotel is beautifully decorated with carpets all over, many antique pieces are displayed all over. There are sofa sets with cushions on all floors where one can relax. It feels like being in a house, not in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again in future. "

"Excellent apartment, great location, wonderful balcony with a view, and everything you need. We found a fantastic restaurant nearby called "Chebureki Vakhtanguri." One thing to note is that it might not be very comfortable for tall people. I'm 180cm tall and constantly worried about hitting my head, so I walked around stooped over, but I never actually hit it, so it was fine ☺️. There's also tea in sachets, but the hot water function on the water dispenser wasn't working, or maybe I just couldn't figure out how to use it. There's a capsule coffee machine, but no coffee capsules. The floor wasn't super clean, but slippers were provided in the room. Overall, we really liked this place and had a wonderful time. We'd recommend it to friends and would happily stay there again ourselves."

"That was our first experience when the owners of the inn met us themselves. They are very friendly and offered wine. They are always ready to help. Breakfast time can always be negotiated, as sometimes we needed an early breakfast due to excursions. The breakfast is very tasty, varied, and filling. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the old part of the city, and the meeting point with the tour guides is nearby. We felt like we were visiting our close friends."

The apartment I had was more than adequate for my stay considering the price, and the owner was helpful when I had a question or concern. He was also kind enough to allow me to keep my luggage stored since I had a late flight. There are buses running outside of the building along the main road, and it is not hard to catch a Bolt taxi outside of the building in a designated taxi area. If you just need a very simple place with helpful staff, please give this guesthouse a try."
