Premier Fort Beach Hotel

We stayed first week of the British summer holidays. This is a gem of a hotel! We stayed In a two bed apartment and there was loads of space for me, my partner and my two teenage girls. The staff were attentive! Polite! And super helpful. We were self catering and used the onsite shop or the mercury supermarket about a 10 minute walk, everything was reasonably priced. On the evening, we either had a meal onsite at The Taste, one of the local hotels or walked out to pizza sole mare. All on our doorstep and easy to reach and reasonable priced! The pizza sole Mare potions are big so we shared pizza and sides. Transport links are close by with a free shuttle bus to the aqua park. Regular buses to Sunny beach, Nessebar and the Marina 2 euros per person! Much cheaper than taxi. We also used taxi from the hotel, these are safe and no haggling was required, as prices are already agreed and visible on a board outside the hotel. The entrainment was daily round the pool for kids, there was sport/exercise for adults and kids e.g yoga, aqua aerobics and ping pong competitions. Nightly shows for families from 8:30 and occasional music act at The Taste. We saw Elvis tribute and a female singer both good. The hotel was clean! The pool was great with slides for the kids! 3 pools in total and you could always get a sunbed! Play area, games rooms, beach access and a boutique shop on site. We had the most fantastic holiday and would defo recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Fort Hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. The hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The rooms were excellent—modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. They were cleaned every single day, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. Unlike some hotels where the cleaners can seem a bit moody or rushed, the staff here were genuinely welcoming and did a fantastic job every day. The location couldn’t be better, with direct access to the beach and beautiful sea views. It was the perfect place to relax. The meals were okay, with a good selection available each day. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional service. We arrived late in the evening and were personally escorted to our room by a member of staff. As we had missed dinner, the hotel kindly provided complimentary food for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel very welcome. Wi-Fi Tip: If you’re planning to stay at the Premier Fort Hotel, I would avoid relying on the hotel Wi-Fi. During our stay it was extremely slow, with speeds of around 0.4 Mbps, and it regularly logged us out, meaning we had to reconnect several times a day. It was the only downside to an otherwise fantastic stay. Mobile Tip: Your main SIM can still receive incoming calls while you’re in Bulgaria if roaming is enabled, but check with your mobile provider as roaming charges may apply depending on your plan. If your provider charges for roaming, it’s best to turn off mobile data and use a local SIM card (A1 ( vivacom) or an eSIM instead. Services such as Airalo or eSIM.io are inexpensive and provide a much better internet experience than the hotel Wi-Fi. If your mobile provider charges for roaming, I’d recommend using WhatsApp Messenger or other internet-based messaging and calling apps whenever you have a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, as this can help you avoid additional call and text charges. Overall, the Premier Fort Hotel exceeded our expectations. The fantastic beachfront location, excellent rooms, outstanding housekeeping, thoughtful staff, and warm hospitality made it one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. We would 100% book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sunny Beach. The hotel itself was unreal, and the Wi-Fi was the only thing that could be improved.

A Lovely Family Holiday – We’d Definitely Return! We had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Fort Hotel and would happily return. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality throughout our stay. The hotel has lots of spacious areas, so it never felt overcrowded, and one of the biggest positives was that there were no battles for sunbeds – a refreshing change from many resorts! The staff were friendly and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean, well maintained and had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The only small negatives were that the entertainment was a little hit and miss, and it would have been helpful if more members of staff spoke English, as communication could sometimes be difficult. Overall, though, these were only minor issues. We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone at Premier Fort Hotel for a lovely stay!

Hotel is spotless, cleaner comes everyday with fresh towels and beach towels. We stayed with our 9 and 10 year old in one bedroom apartment self catering. Room was spacious and kitchen was handy for making breakfast and lunch. We ate out every night in St Vlas , Sunny Beach or Marina. Highly recommend Bistro 41 in St Vlas for dinner. Only disappointing thing about hotel was activities during the day did not include kids. My 9 year old wanted to play football penalties and was told no it was adults only?! Life guard at smaller pool did not like the children having fun. All kids were blown at with a whistle constantly for splashing too much or jumping in! Lots of people left for the bigger pool so they could enjoy themselves. Foam party in kids pool was brilliant!

We stayed here 1st to the 22th July. Family of 5, 17 yrs, 10 yes and 4 yrs. The hotel was very nice and clean. We had a 2 bedroom appt that had 2 shower rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. We were full board but it has a functional kitchen. The appt was very spacious and well equipped, including iron and washing machine. The balcony was also a good size. We stayed in block c2 which had a sea view and a view of the pools. The maids did a great job. Changing towels and keeping the room fresh. We found all the staff very polite and helpful. In particular the reception staff gave us lots of info on how to get about. This is not the hotel for you of you want to be on in the heart of things. It is a little remote. However if you like a walk or happy to pay for taxis you can get about easy enough. You can get a water taxi to nessebar for 15 euro per person. Alternatively a taxi is 30 euros. We went out a few times and we had an amazing taxi driver called Stanimir that we used. He will drop you whatever you want and if you drop him a message he will collect when ready. He was a very nice man and did a superb job ferrying us about. There are a few bars near by in a short walking distance. We also used the beach a few times. The beach bar directly by the hotel you can hire 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 30 euros. However if you carry on a bit further down you will find an amazing beach bar with sun loungers. They charge 20 euros and you can have a cocktail or 2 with the sea beneath you. We ate here and at nikolitas and was happy with the food. The food at hotel is ok. Can be repeatative. But you will find something to eat. There is a supermarket on site too which I handy as the drink cost adds up. Our one complaint about the trip was the cost to keep room on. We had a later flight and to keep room from 1 til 6 they wanted 125 euros. Which we were not willing to pay. We only need room to 4.30 to 5 but you have to hire in blocks. Could understand the cost if rushing to clean but we walked by as we left and our beach towels are still on balcony so they hadnt even cleaned it yet. It meant we didn't enjoy last day as much ie pool etc as much. Overall a nice holiday and hotel is nice. Can't comment on animation team as did not really see much from them. Kids enjoyed pools and slides.

Excellent hotel, recommend for families! We went self catering in a 2 bed apartment. The apartment was huge with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms, perfect for our teenage girl to have her own privacy. The room was cleaned every day and pool towels were included. The animation team worked really hard all day but aren’t too pushy. Both our kids loved the pool and slides. The pool bar food was really nice and there were plenty of options to eat out in St Vlas which was a short walk away. Shout out to Teodora who worked on reception and helped me translate with the doctor when I needed some medication urgently. She is an asset to your hotel! The people here are super friendly and there was a real mix of people from England, France, Romania, Italy, Russia and obviously Bulgaria. Sunny beach is amazing, it’s wild and very busy but well worth a visit. If you like a good night out it’s the place to go! Only 20 euros in a taxi. Final recommendation is to walk up to Caravan Salt and Fire in Sveti Vlas which is a street kebab place, it was so good and so cheap (can find them on Facebook). Thanks for a great holiday! First time in Bulgaria and we will be back!

Great 2 bed apartment and the overall hotel complex was really good. We had a Terrace overlooking the pool and very close to the beach. We were self catering but ate in the pool bar and Taste which were both great. Nice animation team, not too pushy. Pools both great, and kids enjoyed the slides. Didn’t struggle for sun beds but I do get up quite early. Can hire sun beds on the beach and the sea is warm and shallow. Lots of beach bars some by day, some night too, they were all good.

A complete vacation, quality abundance of food and perfect cleanliness. We thank the hotel and staff for their care and attention to their guests.
