Songzhiyu 3 · Pingjiang Road Homestay

The location is near to Pingjiang road which is super convenient. The building and environment has a nostalgic feeling which makes the stay good for solo travellers to reflect and ponder. The staffs were friendly and have good hospitality. The only thing is there's no fridge in the room I was staying.

Pro: friendly staff, clean room, proximity to certain sightseeing Con: can be noisy as it's a close-knit development. Metro is a good 15 mins walk and in this heat one might not think it's close. Kettle provided is gooseneck kettle but there's no coffee provided in the room as they have a cafe in the lobby.

Amazing stay. I would highly recommend this. Location was also convenient and central.

Hotel hosts are young and energetic. The free photoshoot service was a very good add-on. 小鱼儿helped us took our family portraits. Wonderful! Recommendations to the noodle house nearby were excellent too.

Love the hotel Service is so nice too

This hotel is sooo cute and unique! My friend and I had an amazing and relaxing time here. We especially loved dressing qipao and getting our pics taken by an employee called 17 who did a great job!! The rooms are clean and had everything we needed and the location was awesome—right next to Pingjiang Lu. Also the cats are very cute :) We would love to come back and recommend this to anybody!!

One of the best stays in China. Staff are super friendly. Especially the staff called Hui Hui and Shi Qi both made us felt like we are home. Room are exactly what we expected. A tiny of Chinese and zen vibe. The communal area is relaxing. Nice music, nice coffee and drinks and comfortable clean places for guest to relax. Location of the stay is very convenient. Close to everything especially Ping Jiang Road. Definitely 10/10 for this place. No regrets.

I had a really pleasant stay at Songzhiyu 3 Pingjiang Road Homestay. The place exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent — situated in a convenient and scenic area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, especially around Pingjiang Road. What truly stood out was the service. The hotel personnel, 十七, was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was always ready to assist with any questions or needs, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The amenities were also great, with everything we needed provided and functioning well. Overall, it’s a very cosy and comfortable place, perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Tucked in a quiet lane very close to pinjiang street, convenient location for sightseeing the classical gardens. Clean and comfortable environment. Staff are helpful. Even when they misplaced one of my socks during laundry service, Ali and Seventeen offered to replace it by sending a new pair to my next destination.
