Awefull hotel, the hotel itself, the hotel administration. I will explain why very briefly (in fact, there were more negatives than described below). We booked an apartment for 11 nights (paid in full through booking), arrived on the day of check-in between 10 and 11 p.m. (it took 2 days to get there from Kyiv), there was no one at the reception, they started calling the numbers in the booking, we were promised to come down in 10 minutes , only 40-45 minutes later they called us back and said that the room was not available, it had been given to someone else and we had to spend the night in some other hotel (this despite the fact that they knew that 2 women were traveling with small children). Accordingly, we spent another couple of hours to check into some other hotel at night (where the conditions were completely wrong) and then another day to move into the conditions we ordered (we stretched our bags nicely). We were compensated for this night (it was also NOT without nerves and demands on our part), but the very fact of such an attitude does not really inspire us to return and recommend this hotel to someone. Other cons: • Free-parking is very conditional, there are parking spaces near the hotel, but usually they are all occupied, you arrive and start looking for a free space along the entire length of the street among a bunch of paid spaces. • In the apartments, in the bathroom, a huge puddle of water collected on the floor for 10 days, which we wiped with a frozen mop, which is scary to pick up (it was there immediately, we are probably NOT the first who suffered because of it). Most likely, the toilet leaked, we called the plumber 3 times, but he did not cope with the task, we had to live with this puddle until the last day of rest. • In 10 days, we were cleaned only once, and that was at our request, taking into account the previous point - it was a tin. • Inside the room, everything is falling apart: the handles from the balcony and furniture are kept on their word and periodically break off, the sockets are pulled out along with the plugs, there is a minimum of dishes, the beds in the living room are very uncomfortable. • You can't dive in the pool, because there is some kind of virus there (the child got sick with rotavirus after the first swim). • Apartments with 2 rooms (bedroom, living room) have air conditioning only in the bedroom. • The declared washing machine was not available. • Internet is very slow and intermittent. • The administration that solves the problem does not understand how to deal with customers at all and does not know how to solve the problem in such a way that the customer remains satisfied, and not embarrassed by communication. The only pleasant and customer-oriented person who quickly solved questions and helped customers as much as possible is the reception administrator - Khava Iliyaz (gently maneuvering between management mistakes and dissatisfied customers), he is the only person in this entire chain who
