Dear Trip.com,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at BBHOL S Hotel ( Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center) . Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience.
For celebrating my birthday, I booked a Family Suite room for me and my family from 28/03/2024 to 31/03/2024. I would like to lodge a complaint to this hotel as the hotel did not reverse a room for me. Instead of giving me two single bed rooms, that make me couldn’t take care my daughters and it was inconvenient to live in two separate rooms.
This issue greatly affected my ability to enjoy my stay, and I believe it falls well below the standard expected of hotel of your caliber. As a result of no room for me, I was inconvenienced in numerous ways.
I would like to request compensation for the mistake caused during my stay. I believe that this is a fair and reasonable request given the significant impact that the issue had on my experience at this hotel. As their Two single rooms are much cheaper than a Family suite room.
I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address the issue and compensate me for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to the matter.
