Highly recommend Huaqiangbei Intercity Hotel! The location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless, the smart devices worked well, the soundproofing was excellent, and I slept very soundly. The staff were attentive and efficient, the room amenities were complete, the breakfast selection was diverse, and security was good. It's great value for the area, and the overall stay was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

This hotel is perfect for the money we pay. It’s clean, great location, within walking distance to the electronic shops, 1 minute walk to the nearby metro station. Staff is helpful. Room is good.

Good location which near MRT station. Spacious room, clean and tidy, but the walkway at 23th floor have odour food smell. Receptionist didnt gave me the free afternoon tea and night supper coupons until i approach to them. It might be consider to stay in future.

I recently stayed at the IntercityHotel Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the bustling Huaqiangbei district with incredibly easy access to the subway and local shopping. The room was spotless, modern, and very well-designed, offering a quiet and comfortable retreat after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

Nice just the food can be better. Easy access to train station and if you like shopping there is a good choice for you

This place is INCREDIBLE . Huge lobby with friendly staff to greet you and help you with queries. One particular girl helped us check in and added us on WeChat so we could ask her any questions any time. The reception staff and ropeu verify our WeChat accounts. There is also 24hr security . Huge dining area and restaurant with delicious breakfast from 6am - 10am both Chinese and European styled buffet items. Our room in particular was immaculate . Huge room and cleanliness was amazing as we are very particular but no corner was missed. Bathroom with two seperate sinks and seperate closed off toilet and shower were great not to mention toilet has a bidet and shower is HUGE . Aircon is strong. Bed is huge . View is over the streets and can see high rises in distance. You are also walking distance to the Huaqiangbei tech markets, a Family mart, McDonalds , and many many more shops and restaurants as well as a metro station just outside the lobby. Smoking area right outside the door and very convenient entrance where there is no issue catching Didi or taxis from. You also get a free afternoon snack mini buffet from 3pm-5pm and a free evening snack from 9pm - 10pm. Cannot fault this hotel it was luxurious . Water pressure is also very good and immediate hot/cold . There is also 24hour gym and free Landry service and robots bring your ordered food to your door. Thank you would love to stay here again.a

Very nice service of the staff at the front desk, warm welcome and nice farewell, we had so many requests during our 4 days stay because we had kids, they were all satisfied to our standard. The room was also clean and tidy. We will definitely come and stay again.

I originally only booked two nights at the JI Hotel in Huaqiangbei, Futian, Shenzhen, but the experience was so fantastic that I immediately extended my stay. Here is my detailed review across ten dimensions: 1 Location — Right in the core area of Huaqiangbei. Step outside, and you are immediately at the subway entrance and the electronics markets. It is incredibly convenient for both business and shopping. 2 Transportation — Subways, buses, and taxis are all highly accessible. It is very quick to get to both the Futian CBD and Luohu. 3 Room Cleanliness — Impeccably clean. The bedding smells fresh, and there are no overlooked spots on the floors, desks, or in the bathroom. 4 Bedding Comfort — The pillows and mattress have the perfect balance of soft and firm. I slept incredibly well the first two nights, and just as soundly during my extended stay. 5 Soundproofing — Despite the bustling Huaqiangbei streets outside, you can barely hear any noise once the windows are closed. I had a very peaceful night's sleep. 6 Shower Experience — Fast hot water with steady water pressure. The bathroom features a great wet and dry separation, making it perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. 7 Service Attitude — Xiaohui at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The extension process was smooth and completely hassle-free. 8 Breakfast Quality — The breakfast is abundant, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. The congee, side dishes, eggs, and coffee are all up to standard—refreshing and appetizing. 9 Value for Money — Considering the prime location in Huaqiangbei, the price paired with this level of experience makes it absolutely worth the money. 10 Extension Experience — On the day I extended, the room was promptly cleaned and amenities were restocked in a timely manner. I completely avoided the exhausting hassle of changing rooms. Overall, this hotel strikes a perfect balance between convenience, quietness, and comfort. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Shenzhen.
