SuShi Qingshe Hotel (Hanzhong Road subway station)

The location is great. There is a metro less than a minute from the hotel, it is near most touristic places. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is not cleaned well & unless you come at night time, your room will not be cleaned( for me the earliest was 16:00). They barely make the bed, not change it. The bathroom definitely not cleaned before and during your stay. The comforter is yellow, I noticed it one day before I checked out, it was really disgusting knowing that I was probably sleeping in something that hasn’t been cleaned for a while. The wall is very old so you see the dirt on it. It makes absolutely no sense that it has 4 stars. The stuff do ask customers to give 5 stars so that could be why it has a high rating. The staff do deserve 5 stars for their niceness but the hotel in my opinion is at best 2.

As stated in other reviews, strong smoke smell in random areas are common. The bathroom also smells faintly of sewerage if room not serviced daily. The hotel had a great location as it was right above the metro, and had good food options nearby eg Molly Tea, McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut, and local stores. Service is good with 24/7 reception, water is provided, sheets changed, and weird odours eliminated. There was no safe but nothing was stolen. I found it weird that there was no mini fridge, but there were *** **** in each room to purchase to replace where a mini fridge might be. The room itself was clean enough but there were random stains on walls etc.

Conveniently located next to red line . Entrance to Hotel is next to the bank . Good neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby by walking or riding a bike . The “window” in the room is a weird setup. Everything else was cool.

The new leaders service is very good I recommend this hotel l will come again next time

Convenient, accessible location. Very helpful receptionists and front desk staff. A young lady, 小李, provided excellent customer service. Nice to be able to do a quick load of laundry, though no dryer is available. Will stay in this hotel at our next visit.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ms. Zhang Ya Xin for her professionalism and kind assistance during my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Her excellent service made a big difference and left a great impression. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
