"A week's vacation in a magical place for children and parents. Swimming pool and jacuzzi that delighted young and old. A very large suite with a shower for the parents and a shower for the children. 3 TVs with Netflix; WIFI that works perfectly. Monolithos Beach nearby, accessible on foot, good restaurants nearby. A special mention to our host Elona who was great during our stay. She was very welcoming, attentive, she gave us great advice on activities to do in Santorini. She recommended an affordable restaurant to admire the sunset. She offered us a catamaran to visit the volcano and the hot springs and even found us a hairdresser for the children. "We had a very pleasant stay here. We booked a room, and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The indoor swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay — it was beautiful and relaxing. The only small thing to note is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up can be a little tiring, especially with luggage. This is very common in Santorini. However, the overall experience was still excellent. I also want to especially thank the hotel staff. After we checked out, I accidentally left my Apple Pencil in the room. The hotel contacted me very quickly and kindly helped keep it safe for me. Their service was very thoughtful and reliable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel!! The butler will help you with your luggage, as the roads in Santorini are really difficult to navigate. The decor is absolutely Mediterranean, I loved it!! The rooms are also very spacious, with not only a living room but also a tea room/kitchen-like area. The breakfast was delicious too. The location is great, within a 10-minute walk of bus stops to other towns and the central pedestrian street. Highly recommended!"

"To be honest, 2500 RMB per night in the off-season is really not good value for money. We booked a cave suite, which only had one bed. The hotel saw that we were a family of three and helped us turn the sofa into a bed, but the sofa was very soft and not comfortable to sleep on. Their beds are also on the softer side, so those who don't like soft beds should think twice before choosing this hotel. Also, breakfast is supposed to be ordered on a form, but I misunderstood the front desk and ordered less than I intended. So, there was no yogurt or milk, just plain cereal, which was disappointing. Later, I told the front desk, and they only gave us a glass of milk. I wasn't happy with the breakfast (because even when staying at hotels in Athens, I always feel this way). The breakfast included yogurt, and the bread was served chilled. Compared to another hotel just 100 meters away, which cost only 1100 yuan per night, the breakfast was vastly different. That hotel's bread was freshly baked and incredibly fragrant, and they provided milk and yogurt—no need to select them separately. We were very satisfied with our breakfast. Plus, it had two bedrooms and two double beds. I don't know where all the positive reviews for this hotel came from; my experience was very average. By the way, booking a taxi to Santorini airport through the hotel's customer service costs 40 euros, while finding a taxi driver directly only costs 30 euros."

"I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place. I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs. The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open. I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful. I think the staff were friendly and very nice."

"I arrived early, exhausted from plenty of travelling with little sleep, and George the manager kindly upgraded me to this sister hotel, so I could move straight away into this vacant suite with private balcony and jacuzzi and make it my home for the week. And I was made to feel very welcome by the lovely Natassa at reception who had plenty of recommendations for outings and activities and she was so helpful securing appointments for treatments in the Gold Spa next door and a cruise on a catamaran. My suite was in a really good position to catch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the Caldera and looking towards Oia. The room service breakfasts delivered each morning and set out for me on the balcony by the two lovely breakfast guys, Fabio and Stavros, were so nourishing and delicious, and “Bravo” to the chef, for the inspired offerings on his menu, and the wine list was considered, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious Rosé from Achilles… I unfortunately didn’t get to try any of the cocktails , as tempting as they appeared on the list. Many thanks to the lovely Lina who helped me out with things in my room, and Felipe (sp?) with the jacuzzi and Harris (sp?) who delivered my meal and drink requests so efficiently. Everyone was so cheerful, helpful and obliging, and I was looked after incredibly well, I really struck gold"

"Santorino has many cobblestone streets and hills, but fortunately, I arrived at a pretty hotel located on relatively flat ground, although it was only about a ten-minute walk from the bus terminal. It felt cozy, as if I had rented a local's home. It had a balcony and everything I needed. I would like to stay here again. However, since there are no insect screens, bugs might come in, but that is likely the case with all hotels, so it is fine. One inconvenience was that the front desk was always closed, so direct communication was not quick. I later found out that if I sent an email to the hotel, a manager would come. Airport transfer services are available, and I really liked this hotel. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay here again."
