Lovely employees, great service, great view, very clean, and modern. Everything is walking distance. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back here !

Beautiful place and wonderful view of beautiful sea and sunsets. Treated us like royalty. Was sad to leave.

Super fantastic. Reception was warm, welcoming and helpful. All our questions about where to eat, what to see and even what to avoid were all eagerly answered. The gentleman who carried our very heavy bags up and down those steps was truly amazing. 45 pounds on his shoulder! He gets his weight workout in!

Keeble and I had a marvelous time at Aura Suites. The view was spectacular and right in the heart of Santorini fine dining and great shopping! We ate, we swam, we hiked and we had the best time of our lives!!!

Absolute immaculate perfection! Our stay at Aura was a dream! Gorgeous suite with the best view one could ask for in Santorini! The cool tub on the private terrace was a welcome refresher for the hot afternoons! A superb addition to our days so that we could enjoy the caldera in the hot of the days! Around 33 degrees I think, useable in the warm evenings as well. Rooms made up every day, and hostess was absolutely wonderful! Location is lovely with so many amazing restaurants and a little supermarket right around the corner only steps away. There is no better place to stay in Santorini!

We spent 6 nights in the Aura Suites2.We were very surprised that we had to reach the room through an empty, construction areaWhen we entered the room, we were hit by a very strong musty smell.It was very disturbing, but we thought that a large ventilation was necessary.In any case, it was worrying, which was not unfounded, because we quickly got sick.We both started coughing.We bought aromatic candle to kill the smell and left the door and the window most of the times open.We reported the problem to the lady handling the check in, who only replied that we should write an email about it.We sent the email, after a few hours the general manager replied that this is a characteristic of the buildings in Santorini.He said: Please do not confuse humidity and dampness with mold because they are completely different situations.In our reply letter, we asked him to see the room with his own eyes, and we also sent him some pictures.We also told the cleaning lady that there was a lot of mold. The cleaning lady tried to clean the mold, but she was not very successful. Then the check-in lady also appeared and she also tried to wipe off the mold with a cleaning sponge. Then the general manager also appeared, looked at the problem, saw that we were sick, said he was sorry, asked what kind of compensation we wanted, and then promised to talk to the finance depar**ent about a refund. Then we didn't hear from him again, we sent him an email, but he didn't reply.

Absolutely amazing place!!! We have just spent a week at Aura Suites and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations! There are 10 suites in total, all with hot tubs and the most amazing view of sea and the sunset. There is a little room/office where Zoe is located to help with check in etc and you Do Not have to walk through a cafe to get to your room as a previous review mentioned. There is a lovely tavern that has some table and chairs in the little cobbled street overlooking the sunset but it is not actually walking inside a building, it is part of the street where everyone walks through. We felt that the location was better than being in Thira and Oia as it was less busy but there are also enough amazing restaurants right on the doorstep, including Mama Thera and Romantica Tavern. We hired an ATV to explore and came to the conclusion that we by far had the most amazing location and view that we could ask for! Sitting in the hot tub each night watching the sunset was stunning! You can also order breakfast, food and drink from Capers from your phone, using the menu in your room, which comes in takeaway boxes and is a nice option, if you just want to chill. Zoe and the rest of the team are all amazing. Zoe will arrange trips etc or advise on the best options, whatever your requirements and the hot tubs are maintained constantly, as is the cleaning of the new and stylish suites. We would 100 percent return to Aura Suites, if we were to return to Santorini.

Lovely appar**ents overlooking the Caldera bay and sunset. Modern decor, comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. Each appar**ent has its own small terrace with spa bath. Lots of nice restaurants within easy walk and around 10 minutes walk from Fira. Also on the Fira-Oia walkway if you wanted to do this, the bus returns to Fira. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.
