Une équipe de service très accueillante et à l'écoute . Une belle piscine dans un lieu calme et un bon emplacement Néanmoins le confort de la chambre est assez sommaire mais avec un joli petit balcon donnant sur la piscine. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je vous le recommande.

Quite simply the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, having to take room furniture outside just to make room for the luggage. Only 1 charging point in the whole room as well which is very inconveniently located away from the bed. The bathroom is much the same, very little space for personal items and the shower is a tiny box with a curtain that doesn't cover all the way across so the bathroom floor is soaking afterwards. Despite seeing someone sweeping in between the plants of the hotel it is pretty unkempt as you can see from the picture with plants growing over the edge of walkways. The pool area of the hotel is basic but probably the best part of this establishment. The Wi-Fi is pretty poor across all areas of the hotel and connects then disconnects on a regular basis with a weak signal. The breakfast options are extremely limited and what they do have is of very low quality as you can see by the picture of the boiled egg which is either out of date or had been cooked days before, because of this experience we had breakfast here only once and chose to pay across the road for breakfast despite it being included in our hotel stay. All in all it's a very low quality basic hotel with a general manager that seems like he would rather be doing anything else with the mannerisms he expresses to the guests as he makes you feel like you're the issue.

If you like a tiny box room with a broken aircon unit, the worlds tiniest selection of breakfast and the grumpiest hotel manager alive, then this hotel is for you! Arrived around midnight and was greeted by the manager who was less than impressed to see us. Very blunt and expressionless. Showed us to our room, opened the door and left straight away. This is when we should have ran for the hills. Upon entering our room, we were in shock with how small the standard double room was. We had to remove furniture and put it outside as there was no room for our luggage (2 large and 1 small suitcase). We also discovered that the aircon unit was broken. The room was 26 degrees and rising. We headed to reception to ask for someone to take a look, but there was no one to be found. Although we knew reception was shut, they did not inform us of a telephone number for emergencies or have a phone book in the room - not even an info sheet given to us upon check in. Being pregnant and trying to sleep in this heat couldn’t be done so we sat outside where it was actually cooler until 4/5am. The temperature inside had rose to around 30 degrees as the unit was blowing hot air out. We eventually turned it off and got 2 hours sleep. The unit was replaced the next day, thankfully but we had already had enough of this place. The manager was less than helpful when informing him about the AC unit, suggesting we had put on the humidity instead of AC. Never apologised once for the inconvenience, again he’s not a happy chappy. Breakfast time - smallest selection of food. I had bread with chocolate spread, my partner had boiled eggs which were rotten and black inside. We had to go to cafe across the road for food. Hotel bed linen/house keeping room was the next door along so was noisy and workers smoking right next to us. We were offered an upgrade to junior suite but declined as we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Booked and paid for another hotel in Perissa which is amazing for the rest of our trip. The only good part about the hotel is the pool area. Would strongly advise against staying here until a new manager is appointment who can deal with problems in a friendly, empathetic manner. No one should have to endure a stay in room 319.

My wife and I have just returned from Paradise resort and are in agreement that it is one of the friendliest, most relaxed and efficiently run hotels that we have stayed in during our 45 years of holidays. The position of the hotel on the corner of the quaint little village is excellent. Just across the road is a well stocked supermarket as well as a few bars and restaurants. George and the rest of the family work extremely hard to make the stay as relaxed as possible, this also applies to the waiting, catering and cleaning staff. The resident Jack Russell is so funny, she seems to know who is a new arrival and sits with them in the hope of a small morcal, then moves on. The rooms are more than adequate and have clean comfortable beds, bathroom, wardrobes and vanity units. We will definitely visit again. There's no better place to recharge the batteries and relieve the stress of modern life.

We booked our holiday for 5 days.we arrived nearly midnight and we need to wait for at least 5 minutes before a guy opened the door for us..we feel like were not welcome because the guy seems not happy when he approached us!!You cant even see him smile while where talking to us,he dont even ask us if hows our flight..the wifi /internet is really weak.first day at the hotel we went for breakfast, there's not much selection..breads,cereal and sausage boiled eggs..at first i thought there will be a different choices next day..but i was wrong,breakfast is the same every morning.even the eggs,they cant even make it sunny side up or even omelet..its always boiled egg.at the end of the day of our stay ,we didn't realised that we need to check out in the morning because our flight is evening..the staff dont even remind us to checked out and end up we need to pay 100 euros for 1 and half hour late..Im not blaming them for our late check out..but i think 100 euros is far too much..beware of the guy he's not friendly at all!!
