The hotel itself was satisfactory, but we were extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Cecilia. We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and went on a week-long cruise. On January 1st, we had a flight back and requested to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, as all public luggage lockers were closed that day.
We even offered to pay for the service, but Cecilia refused, citing a need to reserve the space for other clients. However, we noticed the storage area was largely empty. This lack of assistance, especially for returning guests and in a special circumstance, felt unnecessarily cold and unhelpful during the New Year.
This experience has left us disappointed, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.
