Hotel Apartamentos Vibra Central City - Adults Only

Arrived late night and no issue with checking in . Room was clean and no issues

Pool was great. Nice staff but the noise coming from the hallways woke you up around every hour or so. I would ask for a room that is not on the first floor corridor.

Great hotel rooms are nice, pool area is lovely, super location couldn't ask for much more! We did email ahead for a balcony room which we didn't get bit disappointing but didn't affect our stay! Cafe bar was great too! Reception staff all very helpful! Would stay again!

We visited Hotel Vibra on my birthday and I get this cute note saying Happy Birthday in my language, snacks and a bottle of vibe ! It made my day ! Thank you so much guys ! About the hotel : In my opinion it deserves 3 stars Rooms are big and clean, swimming pool area looks much better now than in the pictures available in here. Restaurant serves nice snacks just by the pool area. The reception and cleaners are helpful and friendly.

Started off really well, the lady at reception was lovely and so helpful considering it was her first day she did her best by putting both our rooms together. We stayed for four nights, on the third night the life guard was peering over our balcony wall (there’s 5 20 year old girls) making comments like “I see you”. On our final night we had all gone out to dc-10 and came back at around 3:30, we then got ready to go get some food. We were out for an hour tops and by the time we came back one of our rooms was broken into! They had broken in through the window, it was off its hinges and there was cement on the bathroom floor. They had tipped out all our suitcases and carry on bags, including our makeup bags and handbags! They had also gone into the safe which we had set a passcode to, the only thing in there were our passports which they had left on the balcony, they had taken our £800 camera, £150 speaker, £100s of pounds worth of jewellery and glasses. Once we told the reception they couldn’t have cared less, asking if we had insurance and telling us to stay in that room! We demanded a new room as we did not feel safe on the ground floor with a broken window, they eventually moved us, not one of us felt safe after that the girls next door to us kept hearing noises all night. I really do not recommend this hotel at all, you really get what you pay for.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. My daughter and friends are there now and never got a balcony as promised at the time of booking. They love chilling on the balcony having a drink getting ready but don’t have one! Even though they did try at check in to change rooms… nothing could be done. It seems there are very few rooms with balcony’s. That said they are enjoying. Big rooms, clean, and close to everything.
