Hotel Best San Francisco

The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. The rooms were actually cleaned daily, which was brilliant. Staff were all lovely and attentive. I will say, we went in September and it was still pretty busy around the pool. It was hard to find two lounge chairs together on a couple of the days. Overall I’d really recommend it, for the price point it was a steal. Also, the guy who runs the activities (I never got his name) but he was brilliant and really engaging. He had my boyfriend, Marco, up teaching water aerobics with him! We had a blast. Transfers to and from airport are also directly outside the hotel, and it’s only a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Breakfast is always stone cold, we started to dread going down for breakfast in the morning. At dinner the counter chef serves undercooked burgers and chicken, the burgers served were pink, plus very limited selection that tends to be the same every night. Plus no hot water 2 days in a row had to shower in ice cold water this hotel is nowhere near 4 star, I have stayed in a better 2 star accommodation.

Just leaving this hotel after a wonderful five day break. The hotel is modern and spotless clean. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a holiday. Drink's are very reasonable for a hotel. Snack's also available pool side. Had breakfast every day buffet style there's plenty of choice to suit everyone We tried the dinner on One of the evening's it's very fish heavy but that is typically Spanish. The pool is a little chilly but after a few minutes you get used to it. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here and hopefully will return again Hannah and Mandy sherry

Good hotel. Modern decor. Location good. Good buffet food for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Clean all round. Friendly staff. Only downside if you want to call it that is WiFi is not great and pool is cold we will definitely use this hotel again

Great location - on the edge of Salou, 5 mins to a beach, 10 mins to main beach. Room - clean, 2 double beds so child not stuck on sofa bed for trip, fridge but no coffee facilites, ac is old but works ok, balcony is small but sufficient an extra chair for the third guest would be nice, a soare pillow would be nice, room is small but met our needs. Food - great breakfast, variety and fresh fruit, coffee good but machines need better servicing, the girl doing the show cooking was exceptional - great omlettes and pancakes, fast multitasker and told queue jumpers no! Pool - nice pool but very busy as expected, clean, activities during the day, same bar does inside and out. Facilities - wifi not great, reception efficient and friendly, bar closes early. We will stay here again.

I've no idea how this hotel is rated 4*! More like 2! Good points: Great central location and reception area is nice and clean Bad points: Food is terrible, hardly any choice and what was there was cold. I arrived on Tuesday and by Friday I was ill, and couldn't come out of my room, or off the toilet for 4 days ! When I did start eating again I wouldn't go back to the restaurant so had to pay out to buy food that was hot ! The WiFi was useless in my room, 119, and end room, said the signal was fair , but never connected. When in reception you could join it but it was painfully slow. So if you are going and need to use a laptop , then I would look at sorting out your own internet. The rooms never got cleaned properly as well, the toilet seat had various stains and bits broken on it! I had also bought a new hairbrush, after I had been there over a week I went to use it to find long black hairs in it ! As my hair is short and greying it wasn't me.. so guess what colour hair the maid had ? The balcony was also a waste of time due to trees being directly outside so you never got any sun on it . If the trees were cut back then that would have helped a bit. I won't be going back. Being ill spoiled the holiday as did having to pay out for more food when I paid for half board
