This all-inclusive hotel offers a family-friendly escape with a dash of Saudi-style luxury—graceful palm trees, elegant architecture, and pristine pools create an upscale atmosphere. Guests enjoy a wide variety of food, and the indoor and outdoor bars and restaurants are thoughtfully spaced, offering convenience without feeling crowded. The layout is ideal for families with toddlers, with easy access between the playground, pools, and beach. The polol areas and the bars and the staff within are amazing. For us the staff in the bars Pori, Marianna, Lois, Konstantinos, Anna will make our stay most memorable. However, it’s not well-suited for everyone. A stay in June 2025 revealed that the hotel catered mainly to traditional, two-parent German-speaking families with young children (age 1-5). For single parents or those traveling with older kids, the environment felt socially disconnected—closed-off groups, little interaction, and a sense of exclusion despite the crowds. Noise levels at night or early morning can be high too, with the frequent sounds of overtired children echoing through the complex through the room entrance doors. Entertainment for preteens and teens is very limited unless yopu are into football or tennis. Once the pools close at 18:00, only a ping pong table remains and an outdated playroom. The indoor pool and gym are adults-only, offering no alternative for that age group. It would be wise to invest in trampoline parks or "Tivoli" to attract families with older children. The mini golf area could have been in the shadow. To warm to play in the sun and many mosquitos at night. The private beach looks nice in photos but is covered with small, sharp sea stones and has a steep underwater drop—not ideal for barefoot swimmers. It gets better further out after 10 meters out where the depth is 130-140 cm. These stones made us choose the pools more often. Bring swimming shoes. Rooms are modern but lack sufficient power outlets—especially by the beds—making it tough to keep multiple devices charged without a splitter or power bank. Bring these. Also bring your own body soap and shampoo. The offer was not very useful. And the most infuriating flaw? The pool loungers are claimed early in the morning with towels, then left unused for hours. Guests stake their claim, disappear, and return whenever it suits them—meanwhile others circle, frustrated and empty-handed. In 2025, when this outdated practice has been widely criticized, it’s disappointing to see hotels still letting it slide. It kills the joy of the experience and needs to be actively regulated. To battle this we had booked a more expensive family bungalow with a private garden closets to the beach and the pool area close to the sea restaurant.
