This hotel was just what we needed for a week away, all inclusive, at a poolside and seaside resort. Bar and entertainment staff were attentive and even remembered our names and we were really impressed by them. Pool is large and nice, with plenty of loungers and a poolside bar. The entertainment was cheesy but good fun if you get involved after a few cocktails! The food was ok, as expected for an all inclusive buffet, with a fair amount of repetition, but even still something for everyone. Our room was simple and passable, but the cleanliness left some room for improvement. The bathroom needed a scrub, having evidently had a high level clean, the tiles and generally everything needed a deep clean. I didn’t feel that the room was fully cleaned the whole time we were there - just the bed being made really. On more than one occasion we were given dirty towels but these were replaced when asked. We had a pass to the a la carte restaurant, Mamma Mia, for one night, and this was not good, we wished we’d just stayed at the buffet. There was literally no atmosphere at this place. We were told it was booked out for a few days so we had to do it toward the end of the week yet when we went there there was maybe 5 other people sat to eat. The bread came to start with only one plate for us to share - a small thing but started us on the wrong foot. The service was not good, slow despite the small amount of people in attendance and not very attentive. I ordered the Caesar salad to start which was pretty good and the best part of the meal. The risotto which followed was not great and the cheesecake was the worst part of the meal. It came in a plastic container (evidently bought and not made) and was half synthetic jam-like compote, honestly the worst cheesecake I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t bother with Mamma Mia if I went again. Overall, I think the place could do with a spruce up but it is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely visit old town, lindos, and especially symi island when staying, we did trips to these places and loved them.

Where do I start? This hotel has so much potential, however it falls short in almost every area. Perfect location if you want to be right by the sea,it literally is 10 metres from the pool to the beach. It is a pebble beach so take some appropriate footwear if you want to venture onto it. There are three pools of varying sizes, we stayed at the largest of them. There are no toilet facilities by the pool with the pool bar, meaning you have to go into the main building every time nature calls. The pool bar is usually staffed by two people and is really busy, particularly as it is also their job to hand out the towels. Drinks are the usual standard for all inclusive hotels, cocktails, spirits, beer and wine. There are also self service vendors for soft drinks and water. One of my first gripes was the fact that there is NEVER any cold water in any of the water dispensers, including in the main dining area. Every dispenser provides tepid water at all times. The food is acceptable, with a variety of choices at each meal,as well as a fresh salad counter with lots of choice. The food would be far more enjoyable were it hot,even when the dishes are replenished the food is no more than fairly warm. There are two microwave ovens available should you want to use them, personally I don't. The evening entertainment is average at best, if you count bingo and karaoke as entertaining. There was also Greek night, and two separate evenings of dance acts. There isn't a bar at the outdoor theatre so if you should want a drink, it's another trek to either the pool bar or the main indoor bar. The bar staff are all very friendly and speak good English. The highlight of the animation team is without doubt Billy, he is a larger than life character with a sharp whit and always a smile. He keeps the whole animation team in order, and is also the compare for the evening entertainment. So if you are considering booking a holiday I certainly wouldn't tell you not to, just bare in mind it's short comings and have a great time.

The hotel doesn’t meet 4 stars. We had such a terrible experience. Rooms are awful, dirty. Floor during the week never been mopped. Mattress got stains. Bathroom dirty, lots off molds and limescales. Hotel says they have car park for guests, and they do… big parking but stuff said we can’t park there because its only for managers. So we had to park on the street our rented car, and unfortunately second day the window was smashed. Food disgusting, salads everyday looked like they was frozen and then defrosted. Lifts not working and the stuff not bothered. Would never go back there and not recommend this hotel to anyone
