BubbleSky Glamping

A very unique place. Dress warm though, it gets chilly at night. Our "bubble" was on a large deck with barbecue, hot tub, fire pit, and adequate chairs and tables. Perhaps the best part was the staff, which was exceptional. Getting to the "bubbles" requires walking up and down some steep, but we'll groomed paths. Overall an awesome and unique experience.

Worst place ever they tell you breakfast is free and show you a list with just 4 items then charge you for ordering more than 1 item per person l. Please note they did not tell us if we require more than 1 item it from the FREE BREAKFAST LIST it would be additional. We are not from Colombia so we wanted to try more than 1 item to get a taste of each and they tasted HORRIBLE. Pictures on the website are not t be same as when you get there the cabins are run down not well kept boards are old and the room is insect infested, leaves all over the net and the pillow on the outside that u sit on when on the mesh is left in the rain and dirty… the. The bathroom area has lots of dried banana leaf on the ground they could have removed those the wood in the bathroom looks like they picked it and then just put it up - not smooth if you like a well kept environment this experience is not for you!

This place is a bubble glamping in the retiro is a place very beautiful because is in medium of the threes and flowers and animals. I visit this place one time. I was las time in february 15 of 2023. In this place you can see all the landscapes , you can cook , you can take a shower in the jacuzzi , you can take a photos and videos , you can has one day of sun. The people can have a celebrations, people can walk in the place and the people can have diferrents tours for know all the place , people can have one day very relaxed, people can have one day very fun. I likes the place because i was celebration my birthday also i likes the nature and climate.

Very nice! Really welcoming staff (Sergio, Duan, Alrey were very helpful), and perfect nature getaway for those who want to escape the busy city life. The concept is ‘glamorous camping’, so important to note that you are camping. You get to prepare all your food on the grill and enjoy your meals in the nice open air surrounded by incredible views. Take note however that the menu includes minimal veggie options so if you are vegan please ask to bring your own food to prepare. Besides that it can also get a little cold at night, so bring clothes that help keep you warm. We went in the beginning of the rainy season, it may be different in the summer. All in all definitely recommended! We will be coming back for sure!

Un desastre. DESPUÉS de realizar el pago, me informaron que debía pagar un 19% adicional por el IVA al llegar al lugar. Esta práctica es ILEGAL en Colombia, ya que la ley exige que todos los precios presentados al consumidor incluyan los impuestos. Además de deshonesto. Esto no solo es una falta de respeto hacia los clientes, sino también una clara violación de las normas de protección al consumidor.

El lugar en general es bonito y tranquilo para pasar en pareja. El mobiliario ya está en mal estado, esto debería mejorar. Lo decepcionante es la comida, nos cobraron 35.000 por un paquete de nachos y una salsa del D1 (tienda economica, no supera los 10.000), y así es todo el menú que ofrecen, cosas de tiendas economicas a precios X4.
