Blue Sea Costa Jardin & Spa

NO VOLVERÉ ni a este hotel ni a la cadena BLUESEA. Compre un todo incluido y no te especifican en ningún término y condición de su página lo que excluye , que es básicamente todo.Los cafés te los pone de máquina automática ya que los de cafetera de bar tradicional te dicen que son de pago y tampoco puedes tomarte un carajito de Bayles porque también es de pago y no tienen otra alternativa de licor de crema o equivalente. Toda la bebida de marcas blancas maíisimas por no hablar de los cócteles que son todos de caja. (Destacar que los camareros tienen el cielo ganado con lo que tienen que aguantar de las quejas de los clientes) La comida del buffet penosa en variedad y calidad como la limpieza de los vasos , que tenía que pasarles una servilleta porque daban asco. Estuvimos 10 días y la única fruta que había eran plátanos manzanas y naranjas. También decir que el snack bar te ponen hamburquesas y perritos calientes sin ningún control de las guarderías que llega hacer la gente. Muy pocas hamacas para la gente que había, ya que estuvimos varios días sin poder coger alguna. Sinceramente una cálida malísima para un hotel de 4 estrellas. NO LO RECOMIENDO. He estado en otros TODO INCLUIDO y no se parece nada a esto. Adjunto fotos la la maravillosa comida del buffet y el snack bar

I stayed here for 6 nights nov-dec. it was a very average hotel. Nothing awful to say nothing amazing to say. Arrived at 11pm and food was shut, reception staff gave us a pack lunch. We were given a cot for out 6 month old which was clean. Rooms are basic but fine to sleep in. AC doesn’t work until it’s 27 degrees which isn’t ideal with a baby. Always sunbeds in the mornings to get, there are chickens around the pool which we found quite amusing. Food was a little repetitive but always something for us to eat. Need 1 euro per cup at pool bar but you get your euro back when finished. 25/30 min walk into centre or a 5 minute taxi costing €6. Not a party place but lovely to relax and still have a few beers. Bar does shut at 11pm and sometimes try shut it earlier. Overall it’s a fine hotel and does the job

I am not usually one to leave reviews but i was so nervous coming here after reading the reviews, & honestly it was nothing like everyone said. The staff was absolutely amazing, particularly Manuel (bar staff), Oliver & jorge (reception). There was another woman whose name we didn’t actually catch, but she was lovely. Even out of the hotel, she would say hi and smile. I honestly think they’re amazing for having to speak so many different languages day in, day out and still trying to provide a good service, there was all kinds of languages being spoken & it must get overwhelming, especially when it’s busy. There is only select cocktails on the days in all inclusive but there’s up to 3 a day & you can ask for similar to and they’ll do their best to make it. They do put a lot of alcohol in their cocktails, but when asked for less, they do put less in. Food, I am a very fussy eater & my boyfriend isn’t the best either but both of us were pleasantly surprised and actually looked forward to seeing what was on, there was a lot of choice, but not a lot to the point you’re overwhelmed The entertainment, If you’re trying to say wasn’t good or there wasn’t any, you must’ve been out a lot. All day there is people walking around the pool with different activities and there’s a different show every night. The rooms are extremely clean, they’re cleaned everyday to a high standard (unless you have the do not disturb on the door, then they do not enter) The chickens do not bother you at all, they walk around but I never seen them bothering any guests. Everything is very well signposted, I don’t see how you would’ve had an issue finding it or knowing about it, even if staff don’t let you know it’s available. It is very up hill from the town, highly recommend wearing trainers but you can ask reception to phone taxis for you & they’re willing to help, around €6/7. When you’re in the town they have taxi ranks you can just stand at and a taxi will put up to take you where you want to go. Overall an amazing holiday, I don’t see how it could’ve been any better & the hotel was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Absolutely worth the money & will likely be returning.

On arrival dident like the view reception moved us the next day to a room with a pool view cost a little more but worth it. Hired kettle 20 euros refundable. gave us a mini fridge. Rooms lovely and clean. Staff all friendly. Always something to eat as we're all inclusive. Drinks are nice.Free shuttle down to the town. Would definitely return but would book a room with a pool view

I was dreading this holiday that my partner booked and wanted to change hotels after reading all the negative reviews. I am so glad we didn't. STAFF On arrival the reception staff greeted us with a smile and quickly told us to put our cases down so we could go for food as it was late and to check in when we finished. We discovered once we got to our room there was no child cot, straight away the lady at reception dealt with this and there was one in the room for us in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast in the morning again we were greeted with a smile and we were made to feel welcome. Booking a trip was effortless and again very friendly staff. The bar staff were friendly The cleaners were friendly All of the staff were friendly throughout. ROOMS The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and 2 double beds and a large balcony with stunning views. The decor is a little dated and looks a little tired in places but to be honest that didn't matter to us and actually increased its appeal as we have already had a holiday in an ultra modern hotel this year and we're just as happy in a older more traditional style hotel. The wardrobes are spacious and the TV we couldn't give you an honest review on as we didn't switch it on. Puerto De La Cruz is such a stunning place that they should take all the TVs out to encourage people to get out and see what it has to offer . My only gripe is the lack of kettle, however I completely get that it's not just a case of putting in a kettle on every room as every room would need an additional socket by the sounds of things as there is only 1 spare per room and that's bedside. My suggestion would be to have the coffee machines in the resteraunt available for all meals and not just breakfast. The room was cleaned to a very good standard every day with the beds made, clean towels, floors done bins emptied etc. We were more than happy to leave the cleaners a tip as it was kept spotless. FOOD The food was pretty good and exceeded our expectations, there was more than enough for us to chooses from at every meal and everything was replenished regularly. ENTERTAINMENT The entertainment that we saw was not the best but again was perfectly ok, it kept the kids entertained when needed which was the main thing We played tennis during the day and made use of the park. The gardens were amazing and very well maintained. All in all very good value for money, it's not 5* ultra all inclusive but nor does it pretend to be.

I read the reviews on my way to the hotel and was a little worried but my worries were unwarranted. Yes the hotel is a little dated but the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The food was repetitive but still hot and well cooked although as a vegetarian my choices were limited and it would be good if more choices were considered. Yes there is chickens but I only saw them poo once. On the negative they don’t enforce their rules such as no inflatables in pool and adults only in jacuzzi pool, it would be best to either enforce them or remove them. The only issue I had with my room was it did look like the light in my bathroom was hanging slightly out of the ceiling. The hotel is higher up with some cloud cover during some parts of the day but still hot and you will still get a great tan!
