Where do we start with the Blue Ivy Hotel. One word...OUTSTANDING. The attention to detail is nothing but exceptional. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable modern rooms and amazing food. What stands out the most is all the staff, smiles on faces, can't do enough to make sure you're stay the best it can be. We have stayed here twice now, and it feels like we are part of the Blue Ivy family. David and the team on reception are the best, but the biggest thank you, though, must go to Mr Nicos, his hospitality, kindness, and caring attitude towards his guests/friends is very much appreciated. All the reviews on this hotel are true,I'm only on here to thank Zoe and karolina(and peter)who made us feel like we were their favourite guests,I think every guest thought the same. It was too hot to even walk to the beach so ended up staying at the hotel pool for 12 out 14 days,and each day they made our day with all the little things that they done for us,they made our stay at this hotel special,would recommend this hotel to anyone,ps all the staff were amazing as were the drinks and the food,and the manager is very hands on and present throughout the hotel for anything you need or require,all in all a terrific experience and a wonderful holiday,thank you dimples,thank you karolina,thank you peter.

We booked this hotel for a girls trip. From the point of contact the hotel staff have been amazing and nothing lhas been to much trouble. David kindly helped us by giving suggestions for hotel transfers. On the second day here whilst we were having breakfast, a lovely English lady called Hailey came over to welcome us and she was very warm and friendly. She advised us on things to do around the area. She was then kind enough to offer us a complimentary 50% voucher off for food and unlimited drinks for that evening. We had booked B&B as we enjoy exploring the local area. That evening at dinner a lovely gentleman came over to say hello to us. His manner was so warm and welcoming and we only realised afterwards that this was the General manager Nicos. He was so lovely, that he upgraded us to a superior sea front room. The coffee machine in the room was amazing. My friend and I are staying in room 328....which gives a beautiful sea view. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples/friends and d families for its location to beach and local restaurants and amenities. But we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Nicos who has an amazing team of staff who all go out of their way to smile and make you feel like nothing is too much. Nicos seems to have a warm relationship with his staff and guests and always comes out to greet his guests, giving a personal touch. We have 2 more days at this lovely hotel. What a lovely and immaculate hotel in the Protaras area. I have been trying to book this hotel since it was first opened in 2018, then covid happened, and the rest was history. Fast forward to 2024, after numerous attempts to book the Blue Ivy for a family of 6, I finally did, and it was such a great satisfaction. The hotel does live up to the TA reviews and what you see it exactly what you get in terms of the cleanliness of the hotel, close proximity to the beach, great variety of food selection, atmosphere within the hotel and surroundings and most especially the wonderful service and hospitality provided by the hotel staff. Nicos the hotel manager is a wonderful person and can be easily approached for ANYTHING and this goes for most of his other staff. Even though he couldn't guarantee us a late check out, on our final day, he presented us with a voucher that allowed us 50% off anything purchased in the hotel. Everything that this hotel exhibits has been highlighted by most on TA. I would highly recommend staying at the BlH in the future. It was a great pleasure to finally get to experience this gem of a place.
